TPD says Howard was last seen wearing a neon yellow/black sports bra, black skirt, sandals, and prescription glasses.

TPD states Howard has curly, black shoulder length hair. "

There is concern for her welfare.

Howard is about 5-foot-8 and weighs around 140 pounds.
