Rico Malique Arocha, a 23-year-old man was last seen about 10 p.m. Friday at his home on Flint Street. Arocha told his mother he was going fishing at Ballard Park in Melbourne. Arocha's mom reported him missing Sunday night after not hearing from him since Friday. Arocha did not have a car, license or cellphone.

Arocha recently moved to Sebastian from Michigan. His Sebastian girlfriend and Michigan friends had not heard from him either. Arocha was last seen wearing red jeans with zippers and a red shirt.

He was going fishing at Ballard Park at 10pm? That's quite a schlep. (see attached map) I wonder why he had no car or license. Any disabilities? And not having a phone for a guy his age is pretty rare. Hope he's found safe!

I wonder if he’s the one who ran from the robbery scene and jumped into the lake. Maybe he did it to hide and was not able to swim, and ended up depending. Sad situation all around.
