So little info in this case.
To me, the scar in the neck looks like an old tracheostomy scar. With the facial asymmetry, ?trach scar, and mention of pacemaker, I wonder what happened to her earlier in life? Was she born with major medical problems, or did she have some sort of major accident/illness along the way?

I wonder why there is no more information available.
