reading her charleyproject, this man 100% married her FOR her children. i cannot imagine how the brother of these girls feels, he seems to be a lost victim among all of this. unimaginable horror. these babies all had to live with him for TWO YEARS between their mom missing & CPS removing them from the home...
imagine, your mom is gone, and the person you rely on for food, water, shelter, warmth, and education, is sexually assaulting both you and your sister. and from the brother's standpoint, you see both your sisters suffer and you just have to endure that. i am disgusted beyond measure

York is a monster who IMO used TBN charity campaigns to lure underaged and underprivileged girls into sexual relations. I wonder if there were other victims too.

Now that York is in prison where he belongs hopefully Rosselys’ probable murder will finally be investigated. It’s shocking how easily York manipulated his friends and maybe even LE into believing she was some grifter who willingly disappeared, never again contacting her children, family, friends.

Gosh, I hate this criminal with a passion. MOO

Welcome to the club. It's not a happy club...but at least we are here for the kids and for Rosi.

Nothing new. I don't think there will ever be a serious investigation into Rosi's disappearance and likely murder. Her kids deserve to know what happened to her.
I'm looking at YOU Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office! I know, I know...there is no shortage of crimes for you to investigate and that the likely culprit in this case is now off the streets, but her kids, and family back in Dominican Republic. deserve answers. And who knows if good ol Danny has other victims in the past?

Some interesting information:

Hernandez was last seen in Jupiter, Florida on November 28, 2016. She was living with her three children in a women's shelter there at the time. She has never been heard from again. In December of that year, her estranged husband, Daniel Paul York, moved to Monticello, Kentucky with Hernandez's children, his stepchildren.

In September 2016, York filed for custody of her three children, saying she was an unfit mother who was suffering from untreated mental health problems.

The next day, Hernandez filed for two restraining orders, accusing York of physical abuse. She also said she believed he was sexually abusing her oldest child, a daughter who was then thirteen years old. A judge granted a restraining order against York. On November 14, Hernandez asked the court to dissolve the restraining order.

She disappeared two weeks later, and York suggested she might have simply left him.

More at the link. The 11 year old also accused York of SA. The sister of Rosselys said it wasn’t like her to take off and abandon her children.

Some of the links have now been deleted but as far as I remember York was heavily involved in a Christian broadcasting network and moved in circles with the higher ups. York met Rosselys while on a mission with them to the DR and brought her and her children back to the US.

Less than a year later Rosselys disappeared and York took her kids out of state. Suspicious much?

Remember that awful private investigator who supposedly looked for Rosselys on York’s behalf? She made it look like Rosselys abandoned her kids and took money from York for nefarious purposes. Posted some nasty stuff.

Like Sarm I’m afraid Rosselys will never see justice. But at least York is in prison for his other crimes.
