I am so happy to know this very dangerous man has now been captured and taken off the streets where he cant hurt anymore people.

He could have given up. He had to know his days were numbered. He was becoming more and more of a liability as each day passed and I think he had run out of friends who willing to secrete him away knowing that others were already arrested for helping him. If he surrendered he knew others couldn't collect the reward money, and I think he felt it was only a matter of time someone who knew where he was would give him up to LE for the money.

No matter how it ended, I am just so thankful to God it has ended with no more bloodshed.
