What time was the meeting at Mickey D's?

She may have met someone else afterwards and thought it was too late to call her Grandmother?

Nice seeing you , always enjoy your posts.

I would bet money is an issue as far as her visiting family up north. I just got that feeling when I saw her father interviewed.

She possibly may have self esteem issues thus the speed dateing site.

I agree about the money but her gmom lets her take her van places so wouldn't she let her take it to see her granddaughter? I agree with you though. Plus I also wonder about esteem issues. When I think of speed dating & match maker sites, all I can think of is hard up people or swingers, sometimes escorts. That's purely my fault bc my mind is limited with that stuff - I'm against it bc it's not safe & i would never do that - so my opinion is jaded. I don't get that sense with her, though. I think it may have filled a void in her heart, plus added a bit of excitement where that kind of joy might be running low.

Where did she work? Or didn't she? I only saw an old job listed on her FB.

Snipped:
On May 8 at around 9 p.m., Sandra LeMire, 47, told her grandmother, Pauline Varner, she was going to a McDonald's in Kissimmee, Fla., to meet a man she had been in contact with online.

It's 18.5 miles (or 17.5) to get from her home to the McD's in Kissimmee Old Town. So maybe his shift was 10-6 or 11-7?

Have there been any searches?
Sorry if this has been asked, I'm a little distracted with a new 4 legged member to our household lol.

I am about 95% up to speed on this case. I just want to say if she was in diabetic shock, it is very possible she drove off the road and into a canal. She could have been disoriented and gone a route they haven't thought to check out. I have been with a close relative that was experiencing this and they acted drunk, couldn't speak, confused and sweating, it was really scary.

Yeah, plus she met him at his place of work - McD's - so could she have ordered something besides coffee? Without her insulin, if she ate something greasy or too sweet, she def could have had an episode.

Okay, if she was in distress and someone came to "help" her, the car would be along the side of the road, unless, no one has checked the mall parking lot or the complex where another car was found. Do you think that is a possibility? It doesn't stick out like a hummer or something like that, it could go unnoticed.

Not seeing anything & I'm wondering why.

My friend did insulin 3 x a day, so with him, if he didn't eat right, not enough food or sugar intake, he would get low sugar and go into shock. The insulin takes sugar out of the blood stream, and if you don't eat, yes you could have such a reaction.

When I clicked on the speed dating app that she has on her FB wall, it's an app offered on an iPhone, iPad, itouch, etc. Is it offered on any other devices? Did she have an iPhone? Capability to "check in" places?

I don't understand why this case didn't get immediate attention, as she had a real health issue that could be life threatening. Other case were jumped on in a day.....

Gosh somebody needs to search for her. Jesus this could be me in a couple years when I move. Would nobody care about me, enough to search for me? Why aren't I seeing any searches? People in her family need to go to Florida & organize a search, something, anything.

I don't know if this was discussed but what about her cell phone, no pings for LE to pick up on???? What is going on with that?

Makes me so mad! Seems like some missing people need to be a certain prototype (build & look) in order to garner the attention they so deserve.
