Found Deceased FL - Sandra Lemire, 47, Orlando, 8 May 2012

The last sentence is new to me. I looked at a map. It appears that you can exit Osceola onto Poinciana only if you are driving east. However, if you are going west, you can do a little U-turn to get to the exit. Either way, I'm not sure there's any reason for her to have driven to that area of Osceola Parkway. As far as I can tell, the article doesn't give us much of a timeline. We just know that she went to the restaurant during the day and her car was spotted at night. Since it says that six hours passed before the employee left work, I wonder about the time proximity of the toll violation and when the Denny's worker finished his shift.

Today is the 3 year anniversary of Sandra's disappearance. Hope you come home Sandy to your mom and family soon. No one should just fall off the face of the earth and no one notice. Hoping for answers.

I have been reading up on the I-4 SK and it has been a while since anything has come up or reported. I can't help but wonder if Sandra ran into someone that night who took her. The toll violation is what got me. Again you have to wonder, if she was driving that car at this point. Seems like a large sinkhole swallows up women in or around Orlando. Wish we knew more about her, and who she was, where she was headed.

I've never seen anything further about this missing woman. Anyone else?

Nope nothing here.

It really is mysterious, especially with her vehicle still missing (I am guessing it is)

I have not forgotten about Sandra. In fact, I have moved close to the area where she was last seen. I've been here about a year, and I'm still learning the area.

The only locations that seem to be known are Lucerne, which is near downtown. She was there earlier in the day, according to someone who saw her there. Then we know that she was at Denny's or McDonald's off Irlo Bronson. And her car was photographed at a toll booth as she got onto Osceola Parkway from Poinciana. That toll booth would have been on her way to meet the person. So, if the photo was taken AFTER she met the person, that means she had returned to that area. The news report did not provide times for when she was at the restaurant and for when her van was photographed. These are important details. It's possible that the report was wrong, and she was spotted at the toll booth getting onto Poinciana.

As you enter Poinciana from Osceola Parkway, there is a large body of water. There is a fence up now. I don't know how long the fence has been there. But it's worth checking into.

Since we've learned about Christopher Otero-Rivera, who is charged with murdering his estranged wife in St. Cloud, I have wondered if he had a connection to Sandra. St. Cloud and Kissimmee are right there together in Osceola County. I also have wondered if she parked in the back of the restaurant and might have been a victim of a vagrant. I have seen some who hang out behind restaurants.

I was looking into this case, and looking at bodies of water near the last location she was seen.
Any thoughts on this?
About 3 miles from the mcdonalds, at Cecille Lake.
First image 1/2012, second image 10/2012.
It's an abandoned motel, now torn down. Wouldn't exactly pick this as a spot i'd expect her to be but it certainly seems like tracks into the water.
Can't see anything actually in the water in any years or in pictometry through the county map, but still..

Interesting find. I think any submerged car would have been seen by now since there seems to be quite a bit of fishing and jetskiing that occurs there. However, I've been unable to find the lake's depth, so I suppose that could be a determining factor as well.

Orlando and the surrounding area is full of lakes that began as sinkholes and they can be extremely deep. A few are rumored to be bottomless.

Yes, there are lakes absolutely everywhere you look around here so unfortunately there is a pretty high chance she/her car could be in one. I just personally think the probability is higher for some of the less-used lakes in the area. I called the jetski business located on Lake Cecile and the lady who answered said the lake is "approximately 30 feet deep".

I grew up there and lived there until I was 21, going back to visit frequently. I agree with you on it possibly being a lesser used lake. Also most of the lakes are not clear, the water is dark, so the visibility is low making it hard to see a vehicle on the bottom.

Solid point; plus I think most people (at least me!) avoid swimming/snorkeling/scuba diving in the fresh water lakes due to the low visibility & presence of alligators, so there could be many things hidden in them. I don't even know what the best way to go about searching them would be.

I used to hate swimming in those lakes. They creeped me out. My place to swim was Rock Springs.

if they were to be able see some of those lake bottoms, there’s no telling what they’d find. I feel like a lot of missing persons cases might get solved.

Hello! Ran into this case and it has seriously caught my attention.

It's just past 10 years since this woman has gone missing and zero updates that I have found. I've found more details on here than in the media.

If anyone has anymore updates on her or anything, I'd like to reach out to a search team that has gained some notoriety from solving cold cases by finding their cars in lakes and rivers near their homes or last known locations.

I saw a few pages back someone mentioned making a lists of possible lakes in the area she could have gone into. I was curious to see if anyone had a lists or any ideas?

I'm going to send a message out to the FB page to ask for any more information and offer up any assistance I can.

Let's bring her home ❤️
