Is that her actual fluorescent white legs or is she wearing pantyhose?
What happens then if she's "no longer happy"?Evidently SB disagreed with her attorneys' strategy to not seek JT's medical records into evidence. She wanted them in, her attorneys did not. It must have been a big enough deal because the Judge got involved and clarified with her that she was still in agreement with her attorneys' strategy and still pleased with their performance.
I am waiting and watching her, if she feels it is going sideways is she going to tell the judge she is no longer happy with counsel?
Great questions, wish I knew! What happens then if she's "no longer happy"?
I know that the judge is really trying to cover all his bases but what sway does she actually have in relation to the trial if she's not in agreement?
Don't know, we'd have to ask her personal dresser.(chuckle)Is that her actual fluorescent white legs or is she wearing pantyhose?

I’m elderly myself! LolHave they got some really elderly people in the jury or something LOL
So much promoting! It was crazy!I can't believe that Owens was allowed to coach SB through her testimony all the way from where she was born to what age she was when her grandparents died and what the names of her dogs are. As if she's the one reading out an impact statement.
Jorge is the victim here and he has a family and three children who will never hear from him again, including a disabled boy. For the rest of their lives everyone who interacted with JT will have to live with it on their conscience that they knew something wasn't right and should have encouraged him to flee the relationship.
I've never heard of a trial where the court room is being used as a showcase for someone's lies and deceptions.
Maybe Peter LYK will address it or be asked by one of his members?Great questions, wish I knew!

@Observe_dont_Absorb, thank you for saying something.I can't believe that Owens was allowed to coach SB through her testimony all the way from where she was born to what age she was when her grandparents died and what the names of her dogs are. As if she's the one reading out an impact statement.

So she or anyone can stop their trial whenever they want and keep delaying and delaying because they're not satisfied with their legal counsel? She's legally allowed to discharge her representation at any point in time. I think the Judge is predicting the inevitability of this and hence is checking in once or twice a day.
The thing she can't do, again, is to change her story and her defence again. Her inconsistencies cannot be allowed to continue indefinitely IMO.
Sorry - who is AB? Is that a nickname for Sarah Boone (SB)?AB: "I didn't want to die that night."

I know she fired some lawyers and some of her old lawyers resigned but to give any defendant that power during a trial is madness.

Sigh of relief here. The case would not stop. Owens cannot step off the case as he's committed to it but SB retains the right to reject his assistance at any time. Were that to happen I feel sure Kraynick has a contingency plan in order to ensure a ruling is reached in this courtroom.
Serious question. Does Sarah have any diagnoses? I haven't followed the trial in its entirety. Has she been dx with borderline personality disorder? Just curious. I'm not a mental health professional, but her actions, behavior and history of losing everyone close to her a youngish age make that diagnosis obvious to me, a layperson. (My opinion)
Also, what's the deal with all the childish games? Arts and crafts, puzzles, hide and seek, etc. Was he mentally challenged? Or is she crafting some kind of narrative by saying those are the things she would "entertain" him with? Was it a way to explain why they, as adults, were allegedly playing hide and seek?
Again, sorry for what may be dumb/oft discussed questions.
As always, AJMO.
Is SB's criminal record available? After cataloging all of these injuries and incidents when Jorge hurt Sarah, will the jury get to hear about all of the injuries and incidents when Sarah hurt Jorge? They both have criminal records of assaults against each other with time in jail for both of them. This isn't a situation of just one person hurting the other.
