Who's she grinning at?

Sarah JUST said she filmed him, in part, in jest. I thought she didn't remember using her phone to record anything.

I think she just kicked over her BSS bucket.

Funny how she suddenly remembers making the video now and used that opportunity to talk to Jorge about her feelings while he was contained in the suitcase. It's all BS she and Owens came up with to defend what she did.

SB to the jury: I want you to know I'm always in fear..."

"It was still funny that he was in the suitcase"... so I zipped it up. We were both laughing...

"I moved the suitcase around a couple of times. We were laughing and joking."

"I decided to videotape to see the jest in it, and now I feel safe... in a manner to speak to [JT]."

I don't recall her feeling unsafe before he got into the suitcase....she's not making much sense.

Defendant has no remorse for what she did. moo

Boy, she is NOT going to fare well under cross!

She's an absolute moron. Cooked goose anyone?

So a couple of people who had been drinking all day whizzed through a 1000-piece puzzle? Either I’m a dullard when I do a puzzle or she’s lying.

She sounds like a babysitter who has to keep a toddler occupied.

OMG....she says he was forcefully trying to get out of the suitcase. OF COURSE HE WAS, HE WAS DYING IN THERE.

DUH!
Get out of the house Sarah.

During the 11 minutes, "we continued to talk to one another. Then his tone changed. He was cursing me and threatening me."

Oh, really? Since when?

Then his hand started coming out, so I started shaking the suitcase to get his hand back in, please stop doing this to me, please stop.

Owens: were you in fear?
SB: Always.

He was very much trying to get out. Was poking his hand with the baseball bat to get his hand to go back in.

Rewrite history much?

"Were you in fear?" "Always"
This is so rehearsed, she couldn't wait for him to finish asking MOO

I believe that his tone did change. He was running out of oxygen!

SB is testifying she used the bat to poke at him in order for his hand to go back inside.

How does that cause bruising, Sarah?

I thought she said "his tongue changed". I was puzzled

The overt act was his fingers sticking out of the suitcase (and or his attempt to free himself from a situation where his life was in danger because he couldn’t breathe). In other words, the overt act was Jorge acting in his own self-defense.

Once his hand retracted, she felt safe enough to turn the suitcase over.

I've heard enough. I'm ready for the State to impeach her.

She's said several times now that she wanted to have a calm evening, wrap the evening up early, get to bed early, etc. because she was picking up her son the next day. She also said the pick up time was 3:00pm. Yet she had to get to bed because of a 3:00pm pick up? Nothing she says makes sense.
She had to have time for the hangover to wear off.

I’ve been known to enjoy a few drinks but criminy? These two!

This is wild and laughable and makes no sense, the fact she didn't take the plea deal is crazy

But, I also think she's enjoying every second of this
