AB: "I didn't want to die that night."
Wonder if she was coached to say "I didn't want to die that night." Ive heard her say it more than once. moo

So JT was talking to or texting other women on SB's phone? I guess that is what she meant when she said he was "cheating on her".

Exactly. Coached. It'll be a criterion for delayed self-defense.

This really is an insult to BSS.

Conforming the defendant to a defense.

And viewing adult material on her phone.

She sat him down to tell him how she felt about that. Just a chair, no suitcase.

Now Sarah is saying it was a good, good day because she lived.

  • #967
So she’d leave her beloved dogs with him.

Sarah is answering questions with questions of her own.

Is there any evidence given for this? For the injury and incident? A police report? Visit to a hospital? Anything? SMH. MOO
iirc: He was drunk and wanted SB to drive them to the hospital, she couldn't so Jorge did drive and kept telling her what to say to the doctors.
I don;t know what happened after that.

She left him in the suitcase so he'd be a better person.

To protect JT she told LE they were playing sword fight and it was an accident. Why she would do that is the question because according to her testimony he wanted to have sex on the steak and baked potato they were dining on in bed and she said no so he stabbed her leg. I am not buying it.

Well that settles that.

AB is telling the truth today and only lied to detectives because she was afraid of getting arrested.

Lied consistently for four and a half years after being arrested? To 8 previous attorneys... hmmm...

State is grilling her about specifics between the two recordings.

She told Owens that she left him in it so she could tell him how she really felt which she couldn't do under normal circumstances.
???

Once again, I'm fascinated by the psychology of display.

There's no emotion. She does seem energized by her stories, probably because she has a captive audience. And mistakes listening for believing.

I have not heard a single word of ownership or regret for staying in the relationship, exposing her son to it, exposing her vulnerable dogs to it.

I'm not sure she's making herself out to be a sympathetic character for the jury.

Question remains: did she zip him in so she could teach him a lesson but leaving him in there to die was unintentional? Or did she kill him in self-defense for prior bad acts?

Jurors might need serious help understanding the charges and the defense for how to evaluate them. I trust the State will do just that, in their closing.

Mostly I think SB has established why she had such depraved indifference to JT, in that she didn't care if he could or couldn't breathe.

Which is, by my count, Murder 2.

I just can’t believe she would antagonize him this way if he was so terrifying. I mean, I’m willing to believe they both did physical harm to each other. But if I’m terrified of someone, I’m not going to taunt him and leave him in a situation that he can allegedly escape from, and then go lie down and fall asleep.

I’m reminding myself that my scorn of her for leaving her dogs and kid around him shouldn’t color my perspective. I just simply don’t believe her account of the fatal evening. I think she zipped him up tight and was possibly too drunk to really think clearly about what would result.

All she had to do was make a video of herself telling him off and send that to him. Zipping him up and taunting him was stupid at the very least.

No loud boom here. Oh well the witnesses are liars.

Why is her hair all sprayed brown around the edges of her forehead? She's had hairdressers?

Addicted to *advertiser censored*. On her phone. That's new.

Now Sarah is pontificating directly to the jury. "When you're in love... you do anything... to make them better..."
Yeah, it was really working, wasn’t it? He was clearly becoming a stellar human.
