No ID, no way to cash his check. No way to retrieve his ID because she took him off the lease, can't go in freely.

No doubt, she was controlling him on so many levels. He needed to bring her because she held his ID, in order to be able to cash it and likely she took control of the cashed out cash, too.

She wouldn't let him leave, kept his ID as insurance IMO.

The suitcase WAS NOT set out to be donated. IMO she MADE THAT UP. What she's not telling anyone, IMO JT was going to leave her. He placed to pack a suitcase and leave, instead she packed him into the suitcase and threw or dropped him down the stairs.

So she was holding his ID in a house that he could no longer legally access and was *forcing him* to go to be with her every time he wanted to cash his employment check and then keeping a hold of his ID for the next time

OMG I am so heartbroken for this situation that JT had got in :(

Aside....

It's something to see degreed adults perpetuating any part of her story. IMO every time they repeat it supports her. Why has no one POKED HOLES in how unbelievable her claims are?

Who lingers on the phone with 911 like this!

IMO, they can play 10x more videos of drunk SB and JT being arrested as evidence of JT's prior acts but none will ever convince me that SB was in fear for her life when JT was suffocating inside the suitcase and SB refused to set him free.

Also, it's not been lost on me that we've never seen JT resisting arrest, being combative, aggressive, swearing, etc.

Funny how SB has never recorded these unwitnessed events -- including JT's overt act of poking his finger out of the suitcase before she pulverized him with a baseball bat.

I think the jurors are seeing the true SB, and will find her guilty as charged.

Comforting thoughts and support for JT's family and friends during this difficult time. :(

It does cross my mind that since SB was the mother of a young child during all this time, she should have been forced into a court mandated dual diagnosis alcohol treatment center (residential, for a very long time) and it could have saved everyone a lot of money and a life.

I'm curious if she ever picked up her son at school having been drinking?

BB didn't mention that only that concern only that he couldn't rely on her to be there and that she was a violent alcoholic.

I'm going to refrain from going off on BB today.

Yup I think the awful noise was JT going down the stair case being kicked down in a suitcase :(

There was a separate legal action regarding SB's conduct when taking care of her child and it had something about she is not to use alcohol when the child is with her. I don't know if that has been submitted into court.

Her past abuse towards JT is consistent with what happened with the suitcase. It just went a bit too far. MOO

I think everyone in the court room except Sarah is rapidly applying all those learned words to JT now... Since they have done us the huge favour of elaborating for an entire day on it

This is what I will never understand.
How her young son was able to remain with her throughout the 4+ years she and Jorge carried on.

So she invited him over after the TRO then called the cops and he's telling her I love you as he's getting handcuffed. She is evil.

No contact order, invites him over, then calls the police on him? WTH

IIRC:
Jorge's family got him into a re-hab and he left after a week.
For starters he should have been court ordered into a 6 month treatment center by the court.
To hell with SB after she killed him..prison for her.

Omg and again. I'm sure as soon as he made her mad in any way, she called the cops.

Thankfully these videos are available for the jury.
Between these and "Sarah" "Sarah" I can't breathe" I truly believed that all testimony by the shrinks/forensic witnesses will be moot to the jury

SB had an impossibly supportive ex-husband and a second place to go too.

Who could JT tell? That he was a victim? Society is slow to recognize that BSS can cross gender lines.

She gave him gifts, then withheld them.

Kept his ID so he couldn't access his own paychecks.

Invited him over while having a protective order, then calls the cops on him.

And still, he calls Sarah, Sarah, Sarah... as in please, let me out...

Him crying to the police is heart-breaking.
