What is she going to do now?? I think she will still write letters to the judge about the mean blackrobe people.

I would throw myself on the court for mercy and take a 15 year sentence and do good in prison. She had only 10 years to go (with time served) with her chance to serve maybe 30 free years depending on her health.

This is if she had taken the 15 year plea deal. I think her fired attorneys wanted her to but she refused. Prision is horrendous and I would plead my A off.

Cognitive dissonance - denial - ego defences - shifting personality states - delusion

Call it what you will but SB sincerely lacks capacity to comprehend she has (tortured and) killed a man. She might have been of sound mind in terms of a court case but that's a surefire severe mental illness because it's so deep and profound IMO. I believe she was in an alcoholic blackout, possibly in combination with benzo type drug and this is why she is able to feel so internally sure she did nothing wrong.

She is a true narcissist and thinks that she has the power to convince others to believe her. Going through 8 attorneys is a good example of how entitled she was.

Yep that's the worst aspect IMO - the fact she's paraded herself as the victim and harmed JT's family and friends by effectively verbally and psychologically abusing them with her statements and lengthy 'forgiveness' readings in court. I'm still baffled as to how anyone could be facilitated to do such a thing in a court of law, I'm not sure I've ever seen such a thing before.

Well put. I feel the same. It's astounding. Not sure how it was allowed to get to that point, that she could deliver such manipulative victim blaming and shaming vitriol, after her actual conviction. Technically she was meant to be trying to mitigate her sentencing. Whatever her free speech amendment rights, under the circumstances she should have been stopped. Terrible. Moo

If I were in there with her I would be concerned about her being harmful.

The taunting she did to George while he was begging for his life was so creepy. That is a certain kind of abuse that came very natural for her.

We don’t get to see the crime in motion often and seeing this one was like watching a horror movie.

Not only does she not have any remorse or accountability, she 100 percent believes she is the victim in all of this. After all, she has magnanimously forgiven Jorge for what he did to her!

Owens had gained in my opinion. Question is, will he stick around for the appeal? Most often there are appeals.
