She could be in for a Guinness World Record or an Olympic gold medal or something for this performance though? She's certainly a Straight A student in how to lose friends and alienate people!

From the above news report: Boone has until Sept. 1 to file the appeal.

September 1 has come and gone, does that mean her appeal window is closed now?
You just know, that'll be someone else's fault.

Oh , dear Lord! Not her again? Will she ever just go away?
I already know the answer - no.

Sometimes when I see this thread pop up in the feed I have a chuckle that Sarah was offered a plea deal and she wouldn't have spent that much more time incarcerated due to time served, but she can't help herself and got life instead

Where are we on the family law case? It's beyond asinine that her FORMER HUSBAND even has to show to to court and waste his energy and stress for such proceedings!!!! Not to even mention attorney fees. UGH.

I feel saddest for her son, hopefully he can attend school normally and isn't living under the shadow of every around him knowing his story. If I were Brian I would skip town asap and let him have a New Start..... anywhere.

That's what I was thinking! I thought I'd misheard it.

Boone so crazy she makes people doubt their entire career choices.

But it's not surprising. She convinced her victim to play a 1-1 game of hide and seek and helped him "hide" in a suitcase.

MOO.

Sarah Boone doesnt want anybody to ever forget about her.
She is afraid since she is locked away in prison she is forgotten.
Her narcissism is undefeated.

So here's the latest on Sarah!

On Nov. 17, 2025, Boone sent a handwritten motion to the court asking to be “included in and added to the certificate of service by all parties to receive important information regarding her appeal.” Boone wrote that she does not know who her present attorney is or the status of her appeal.

Boone’s attorney, as of Nov. 4, 2025, is David Maldonado. Maldonado became her thirteenth attorney after her twelfth attorney, Rodrigo Caruço, accepted a new job, forcing his withdrawal. Her eleventh attorney, Joshua Adams, withdrew from the case after he stopped practicing appellate work. Her tenth attorney, appointed immediately after her sentencing, withdrew days later without explanation.

As for the status of Boone’s appeal, time is running out for her attorney to file an initial brief outlining why her case should be reopened. A motion for extension of time was granted in August, but the order notes “No further extensions will be granted absent extenuating circumstances.” That order required the brief to be served within 60 days of the August 29 order.

However, per the docket, it does appear that there's been some confusion with the above advice about the appointment of David Maldonado as Sarah's 13th [Appellate] Attorney.

Back on Sept 12, 2025, when Judge Michael Kraynick granted Rodrigo Caruço's Motion to withdraw as counsel, and named Attorney David Maldonado as Boone's new Appellant counsel, it seems the Court was not aware that a certified conflict arose, preventing the Regional Counsel's Office from representing the Appellant, pursuant to Section 27.40 of the Florida Statutes. To remedy the situation, almost two months later, Judge Michael Kraynick filed an Amended Order on November 4, 2025, appointing private counsel to the Appellant, and once again named Attorney David Maldonado.

While the last Order extended the deadline 60 days for the Appellant to file their initial brief, citing no further extensions granted, absent extenuating circumstances, I believe it's possible the Court will extend the deadline 60 days from November 4, 2025, the amended Order date appointing Maldonado as private counsel for the Appellant. Given that the docket still does not reflect where the initial brief has been filed as of this date, this further confirms my opinion.

Lastly, relative to Sarah's Nov 17, handwritten motion to the court, requesting to be included in and added to the certificate of service, the Court noted that Attorney David Maldonado is counsel of record for the Appellant, and because Boone is represented by counsel in this case, Judge Michael Kraynick Ordered the motion filed as pro se, and docketed on 11/20, stricken as nullity, dated Nov 26, 2025.

No doubt Judge Kraynick has had months of history with Sarah, and I can also attest from the Court Docs that she's indeed been named in the "Certificate of Service" for prior Orders appointing counsel -- complete with her DOC #U72509!
