Charlotte County Sheriffs Office Facebook post on 1/15/2019 has commenters stating they’ve seen a homeless man matching his description around the North Port / Pt Charlotte area. One sister in Nebraska has posted. The photo used kinda looks like a mug shot style photo.

Ok, that unfortunately, explains the homelessness. Housing is ridiculously expensive here (I’m just north of Pt Char) so there’s no way anyone would rent to him. He would have to go to the nearest men’s shelter. So sad. If he was on any type of assistance he would be on the radar. He would receive a free basic phone from the state. Then he could contact his family. He could also get a free bus pass. I wonder if LE has looked at the bus cameras.

In a few photos of him I’ve seen on social media, he is smoking. That makes me think if he’s getting any cash, he’s buying cigarettes at a convenience store. He may show up on their cameras.

I wonder if the food benefit card (EBT) has been used since.
