This is Gertrude Menacher Gertrude Marianne Menacher – The Charley Project

"Menacher was last known to be with her boyfriend, Charles Gibson, her daughter, Angela DeLawder, and DeLawder's boyfriend, Ivan Gutierrez. They all disappeared from Hallandale, Florida on the same day, March 7, 1981..." They were all known to be heavily involved in the Miami drug scene; their car was found at Miami airport.

Huh, interesting. I forgot about FLUIDDB for a bit there. That changes the situation a bit, doesn't it? Surprised that conclusion isn't at least given a mention on NamUs.

I think it's possible, but at the same time, I'm not too confident. I think her pictures bear a passing resemblance to the USF reconstruction, but it differs wildly from the other reconstruction, especially in the nose area (that bulbous nose seems quite distinctive?) Not saying it's impossible, I'm just on the fence about it.

"Body found in orange grove," Tampa Tribune, 31 December 1982, 2B.

The grove where the body was found was north of U.S. Highway 92 and south of Interstate 4, between Kingsway Avenue and MacIntosh Road, said sheriff's Maj. John Cacciatore.

The skeleton was clad in blue jeans, a blue belt with white buckle, white tube socks with green stripes, blue tennis shoes and a blue button-down collar shirt, Cacciatore said.

The woman had stood about 4 feet 10 inches, had a full upper dental plate and had a metallic surgical wire attached to the cheekbone, Cacciatore said.

Authorities could not determine cause of death and estimated the body had been there between 6 and 18 months.

Ina is described as 4’11” - 5’2” (90-110 lbs)
Brown hair and Hazel eyes.

Interesting that one of the recons shows her right eye a little far to the right. This appears the same in Ina’s photo.

Also, Ina had full upper dentures Same as UID.

Ina looks like a good possibility! Investigators thought she left of her own accord.

I have submitted Ina as a potential match to Seffner JD.

Ina Arnall is now excluded from being UP212, Seffner FL Jane Doe. I will also cross post in Ina’s thread. I received word back from Hillsborough ME today. Response below. Sure wish more exclusions were this quick.

I was able to compare Ms. Ina’s MP13768 to UP212. Both the missing person and unidentified person have DNA profiles uploaded into national databases and I can confirm these cases have been excluded as a possible match. Thank you for the submission, and Happy New Year to you and yours as well!
