Thanks joybell for the update .... this is sickening news really but not unexpected. I doubt they would send a forensics lab thingy unless they are fairly certain they have something.

Oh no, an update this late at night can't be good news. Wait, I'm going to think positive and hope they found Shannon and that's the reason!!!

Mine is 8 months old, sleeps from 8pm-8am in her crib. It could be different for breastfed babies though (I don't) I think they may wake more often to eat? If she's sleeping I never wake her but always check on her. Plus, I have an angelcare monitor that will alarm if she doesn't breathe or move for 15 seconds. I don't think it's odd to sleep that long either especially if she was on the parents schedule.

Mine would wake up around 5-6am because of my schedule then. But they would go to sleep around 9:00pm.

And, I understand some kids sleeping 10-12 hrs on a stretch, and that being their norm.

Still, 3:00am to 11:00am seems like an awful schedule for a 7 months baby, even if that 3:00am last sighting was just a check, or a feed/change.

Does anyone know... was there forced entry?

This is the best explanation I have heard yet .... they belong to the birds. SB from Orange Hill Road who lives with James and the birds. A total whack job.

I think she has so many fake Myspace friends because it feeds her ego, she knows they are fake, but she doesn't think anyone else will know.
She knows her thought processes are abnormal, but in the depth of her issues, she doesn't realize how abnormal. Or that her defenses against the world, her "proof" of her worth are transparent to the rest of us.
Now, that said, it doesn't in any way excuse her from any involvement in any of the three cases. The abused girl, Paul or Shannon. She knows her thoughts aren't right, so she could at anytime reach out for help. She doesn't want help, that makes her more evil than sick.

I dont think they would send a crime scene truck unless they had "something". LE has been there for several hours now, probably with a search warrant...and they probably found something that may have to do with Shannon's or Paul's disappearance...or perhaps (sad to say) another victim.

Apparently a child named E**** is one of the grandnieces she is CONSTANTLY talking about babysitting and saying how this child is her blessing, that she had a good day because she had the kid with her, etc. Knwoing what I know about SB's past, her preoccupation with kids makes me feel sick.
I also found a post in which she writes: "My aunt house burn down yesterday - my neice and her family was living with her. They lost everything. My neice has a handicape 3 yr old son."
I wonder. Wonder where the niece lives? In the Huckaby case, there were a few fires around her as well. Also common with Munchausen types (although I am not saying she has Munchasuen By proxy!). Just thinking out loud.

gitana1: I noticed that about the fire as well and was right in the thick of Sandra Cantu's case so know what you are talking about. I think you are on to something.

I'm thinking SB was very jealous of TM and RD's new baby girl. Little Shannon was born March 11 and, while the DCF report does not specifically state so, it is my opinion that it was either SB or TAB that called CPS on March 23rd. Little Shannon was only 12 days old when the first report was made. In a way, SB might have actually done TM and RD and little Shannon a favor (and Shannon's Grandma) because DCF was involved with this baby almost immediately.

When SB saw that she was not getting the results she wanted - she wrote to the Gov'ner. SB was determined to make CPS and DCF act and act the way SB WANTED them to. Well, she failed again. I'm thinking now she is pizzed - nobody cares about that baby. What the heck - she told CPS and the Gov'ner what was going on. How come nobody took that baby and gave it to her? Okay - if that's the way they want to play...... I'll just take that baby myself.

The remaining mystery to me is: WHERE IS THAT BABY????

Those were exactly my thoughts after hearing about SB last night and then reading the letter to Crist, and then the DCF report. I think that she got tired of waiting around for someone else to do something and took the matter into her own hands.

What her motives are is what confuses me. Why is she wanting to remove this child from their parents when she obviously has NO love for any child--at least not going by her past history with little Paul and Nina.

I am really curious as to how many reports with DCF she has filed against the other nieces and grand-nieces that she "babysits."

ETA: Just want to clarify that it is assumed to be SB's van at the FLDE station right now - grey van. LE has not confirmed it is SB's van.

well-said & you may have just about convinced me ... still kinda leaning toward the scam thing though only b/c

if we, the public, can see her 'friends' list, then her actual friends can see her fake friends, so wouldn't one of them have called her on it & broke her out of her fantasy world?

even if some of them are in on a scam, wouldn't the rest wonder & ask her & furthermore, wouldn't someone report all these false profiles to ms once aware of them?
