Noel Foraker, Cleaveland’s daughter, told NBC affiliate WESH that her mother’s 2012 Nissan Altima was last seen at a Walmart on Polynesian Isle Boulevard and 535 shortly after 10:30 a.m. local time on Sept. 19.

Foraker claimed her mother needs medication daily, and was fondly known as “Cat Lady” because she took care of several cats in her neighborhood.''

The car was last seen at FL-535 & Polynesian Isle Blvd Florida 34746 (WESH Channel 2), which would be this Walmart: 3250 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746 ( Osceola County, Florida ). This appears to be an hour and a half drive from her home where she was last seen, ( Hillcrest Dr Daytona Beach FL 32114 ) - ( Volusia County, Florida )

Details of Disappearance​

Cleaveland was last seen in the 1100 block of Hillcrest Drive in Daytona Beach, Florida on September 18, 2024. She left home between 3:00 and 3:30 a.m., sayings she going for a drive. She sometimes liked to go for drives and listen to music and enjoy the air conditioning in her car, since her home air conditioning was broken.

She has never been heard from again. Her vehicle, a black four-door 2012 Nissan Altima with the Florida license plate number Y306KC, illegal black tint on all the windows, front dumper damage and a broken back driver's side light cover, disappeared with her. The car was seen at a Walmart store on Polynesian Isle Boulevard and 535 at 10:41 a.m. on September 19; a man was driving it but there was no sign of Cleaveland. The car was later impounded and towed.

The circumstances of Cleaveland's disappearance are unclear, but her daughter is concerned for her safety.

So when they impounded it, where was the man who was seen driving it? The story says Walmart cameras caught him driving her car. But then did he just park it there and walk away from it? Was it impounded because it had sat in the lot for too long? Or was it impounded once someone realized it belonged to a woman who is missing?

I hope the man was not with the car when it was towed. Maybe it broke down on him, but why would he call to have it towed? Probably wouldn't.

So it seems like the Missing report should have included info about where the man went after he parked her car, in which direction he walked or if he got a ride to pick him up from the parking lot. Maybe the cameras only caught him as he drove by in the car, but didn't see him park or leave the car. I thought all of Walmart parking was covered by cameras.

Or was it even Walmart where it was towed from? Maybe it didn't say that. I was thinking the tow truck got it at the same Walmart that had footage of him driving it, but maybe that wasn't what they said.

This lady seems to have had some rough times in her life, but at least she had a car and a home and her cats... things were better at least for the moment. I hope she hasn't been harmed.
