Yes, same thing here, don't know what to say...when I saw it I thought....things left scars on her face. What a difficult life(style) does. It's human....some make it, some don't. What is logical many pictures of missing persons are the most beautiful ones, but it's more productive to see the raw ones. Still have this question if your sister bleached her hair and was a natural brunette. She had also a liver decease...not a good combination for a long healthy life. I couldn't find a record of her being diseased, she is not listed on the unclaimed persons in Namus, at least not under her married or birth name.
Is there any indication she was dealing...or did see/knew to much? I think she was arrested a couple of times...Did you checked this out? I tried to find her last date of arrest, because I wanted to know at what moment the trail went cold. Obviously your sister used a different dob, I really don't understand how this works in America...using different dob aliases...etc. There is a lot to find, but I don't want to register and I don't want to pay for a record.
