He is 56 and was adjudicated/incarcerated in 2004. The vic was under 12 and he was around 50 at the time. He is now around 56 years of age so I wonder if this is DT's Uncle. Her mothers brother? Could he have been in town and they knew it? Was he listed as absconded when Somer went missing or only afterward?

This guy was busted in 2004 for molesting a victim under 12 years of age AND he is already out? That is less than 5 years. These Florida Judges need some lessons in sentencing these POSs!!!!!!!! :furious::furious::furious:

It explains why someone said "No" in the background, prompting her when she was asked if she had any idea who did this.
It explains "This time was different" (paraphrased).
It explains DT saying "It could have been my...my..."
It explains the need for a babysitter over 18 and especially a male that would fight for the kids.

Yes but IMO i think he's saying that the person who did this could have changed their looks. Had hair during the crime, now he doesn't. At least thats what I was thinking. Although if he has cuts on his head/face, hes gonna want the hair to hide it. IMO

He was sentenced to 3 years but they gave him credit for 701 days already served.

ETA: So, if I'm thinking correctly, he served less than a year after conviction.

Perhaps he has no preference and that was just the time he got caught. They say by the time they get caught they have molested many (don't rem how many sry, avg 80?) many times.

dsntslp I think the burned house worker brother to owner of construction co. said she was 15 or 16 and he was like 19 at the time. but some one here looked up charges and it was someone under age 12yrs old.. brother lied...

Ridiculous!!!!!! We need harsher punishment for these sick sick perverts. I heard someone ask on JVM tonight why drug dealers do more time than child molesters. The "expert" on there said it's an easier conviction. apparently the prosecutors are awre it's difficult to convict on sex offenses and they will plea bargain.
