Wow, christee, thanks for all your effort in sleuthing Mr. Graham. In other photos he looked slow, rednecky to me - when I opened this link, it was chilling.

Something else that raises a red flag for me - he served one year of an 18 month sentence for Sex Offender Fail Comply PSIA. It stands for pre-sentencing ________. It is a very thorough compilation of background and crime information on an offender. In my state, it is required for any felon. Refusing it - as Mr. Graham did - also incurs an additional criminal charge.

In my one-state experience, folks just didn't refuse the PSI...so idk...seems brazen to me. MOO. The PSI tells Everything - details from childhood, psych issues, family dynamics, current crime, other pathology...

It sends my creepometer waaayyy up. And yeah the baby carooon tattoo contributes, too.

I have yet to locate anything on his original SO conviction from 1995 to see what type of crime and the age range of the victim.

But thanks everybody for your help. I also noted that it has been determined that the address of the robbery/location of the arrests was incorrect, right? They were not arrested at Somer's house?

I think the sex offender database should list EVERY VIOLENT CRIME committed. His RSO entry only says "lewd acts with a child" ... but really, he's also murdered!

I have been trying not to say anything but a few things stand out to me... it looks like there are several VERY good suspects here.

I see a lot of possible connections due to bf and bikers maybe? I feel Mom was inadverdantly playing with fire. I could be way off base but:

WK - biker
CW - biker? didn't someone say he was on a motorcycle? where did I hear that

bf - biker? I did hear that several posts back.

And then ther is the possible relation to: was that Sikes?

OK I will stop there. WK and CW were my picks from the beginning. There are just so many!!

I think that pursuing that Lyons guy is viable... he stood out to me in the video that I saw the other day. Gave me chills.

Well well failing to register or comply - surprise surprise - he either is guilty of Somer or he is running for failing to register again...

I don't buy this was a mistake on the original report; no surprise the phone number was wrong though; could be a few causes. But how would this possibly happen "a totally wrong name" who just happens to be an SO with multiple charges on a missing child's report? I don't get it. :waitasec: I don't know what the previous charges or age range are, but he's looking like a top priority suspect to me at this point anyway. Plus didn't I read in one of the reports on this thread he listed an address that was about 6 miles away? I am trying to keep all the SO's straight, which is a tough job. Not sure if is this one, but perhaps; is married to a 17 yr. old. Please correct me if I am wrong. We really need a sheet for each one!

I know but I just can't get over why he was on that report. Unless he was an original searcher in the area. Staying at a neighbors house then - Something!!!

Mom didn't know about all the RSO that lived around her. Not everyone thinks to get on the computer to check and see if everyone they meet is a RSO - but sure as heck will for now on!!!

I do not believe he was some random walking thru a park because I'm sure there were LOTS of randoms walking around at that time of the day with cops all over. The police would have been writing people down on that report for days if that was the case. LOL So... I think he was with someone that either lived there, nearby or with one of the others listed

cwg has a motorcycle registered to him.. its on the sheriffs records page.. with his profile but u have to click something else to get the autos of offenders.. sorry can't help you there .. others know tho...

Authorities in Bleckley County are asking the community to be on the lookout for a convicted sexual predator wanted in Florida as a fugitive.

According to a joint release from the Cochran Police Department and the Bleckley County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Homer Spires may be in Cochran.
