If you look at Greenstreet50's posts there is some info about him. I'll try to find the pic of him at the traffic stop on 10/23. It is somewhere on this thread. Also Cheew's post gave an account of a clerk who noticed suspicious activity and her description matched that of Greenstreet's.

I am hearing everyone loud and clear on the Peterbilt meaning big rig and the "trashy Truck Driver" being able to be taken different ways, but I just wanted to point out, in case it ends up mattering, that Peterbilt does indeed make garbage trucks as well.

ETA: I notice that CPC is listed on the incident report as working at Old Castle, which is a concrete supply company, so his Peterbilt is likely related to that and not a garbage truck.

Thanks for re-posting. This is the clean shaven look with red hair I believe. Other pics have him with gray longer hair, and mustache, facial hair.

No I think the man with grey longer hair and facial hair is RSO Hall, not Lyons. There was some mix up last night. They are not the same person. Lyons to our knowledge is not an RSO.

Debbie's daughter is Jessica, not Stephani. I've read at SM, and nobody has produced a screenshot where her daughter is a "friend" on Mom's or the b/f's MySpace or Facebook.

I'd love to see the proof though. WLK is my guy too.

For me the message is clear:

There are an overwhelming number of predators out there who need to be watched or put away for good.

Don't let these SO's (registered or not) idle away their time watching child and planning their victims! Speaking of child : Eliminate it all. It is the reason these monsters are charged up to rape and kill children.

This is crazy. Those people who are paid to watch these predators better do their jobs.

I hope that a major overhaul of this system is in the works.

I have to go back and read what you guys have been up to overnight, but I have been thinking very hard about what the sheriff said yesterday.

At first I thought he told us nothing and the more I thought about it the more I realized he told us a lot.

1. "abduction" - implies stranger
2. "facial hair" - implies male suspect
3. "vehicle" - implies placement of Somer in vehicle either to or from location of murder or where she was last seen
4. "scratches" - implies DNA under her fingernails

Here's my opinion:

Whoever did this heinous crime hasn't been named on any crime board and isn't an RSO in the 5 mile radius. He is going to be a complete unknown to all of us. I have no doubt that LE has swabbed every person we've mentioned here and everywhere else in Crimesolving Cyberland.

And I don't think they've yet to have a DNA match.

I agree with most of this but I don't think that #1 abduction has to mean stranger. I think a child can be abducted by someone they know/are familiar with.

Maybe they do have a DNA match but are gathering more evidence. At least i like to think that.

A little off subject, forgive me.

There have been so many continuing comments in every thread about trash cans vs. dumpsters.

Quite early in this case, I thought someone here called the Clay County sanitation office and was told that the county does NOT pick up any dumpsters; that only private contractors/services pick up dumpsters. I hope that poster will comment again on what they learned in their research.

IF it is true that only private companies empty dumpsters, there are questions I think are important to us.

Where does the private trash go after pick-up?

If the private dumpster trash is taken by the private companies to the same place as public trash: Is the private trash consolidated into bigger trucks with the public trash? If yes, then the trash trucks followed and examined by police could be mixed together and the little body could have been placed in either dumpsters or trash can.

If private dumpster trash did not go to same place or was not co-mingled with public trash, then LE should know whether Somer's body was taken away in a dumpster or a trash can.

I have researched until I'm ready to pull my hair out of my head and I can not find one single shred of evidence that Stefani K is in any way shape or form related to WLK.

Stefani's father is NOT WLK. He has a different name.

There is a document that is public record regarding the foreclosure of the home that WLK inherited with his siblings that went into foreclosure for failure to pay the mortgage. Stefani's father is NOT listed in this document.

No addresses match between them so far but I sincerely doubt I will find such evidence.

IMO, WLK has been swabbed by now and if the DNA matched, he would have been arrested.

It was on his myspace nothing to do with you. I'm sorry if you thought it did. There are lots of wonderful single moms out there and you are most likely one. Unfortunately, Somer's mom hung out with lowlives. Wk is a RSO and her friend is his daughter. The list of shady people there is very long. SP was left by her to watch kids coming home. This was unusual for that day. I just get the creeps about all the people around her who shouldn't have been. I'm convinced it's some one she knew. Plus that area wasn't safe to begin with.

Trying to think around all sides here. Since it wasn't customary, maybe she left SP there to meet the kids after school because she knew evil was lurking. Maybe she did know CWG and knew he was around. Maybe CWG wasn't identified at the house but near the house. Mom certainly would have reason to be concerned. And maybe she tried to take the necessary precautions to keep her kids safe. Who normally met the kids after school? Did anyone?
I have questions about SP, but right now I am trying to give mom the benefit.

The pedophile I'm most concerned over is ...W. Kuhn. Let's take a look at this man.

Kuhn lived with Debbie R., in her home on Gano Avenue. Debbie passed away in the month of October and in her Obituary, she refers to Kuhn with love. Certainly seems that W. Kuhn was accepted and cared for by Debbie's family (as evidenced by the family photos).

Kuhn is a registered sex offender with an offense involving a 6yo child along with other significant criminal history. He remains single.

Research shows us that a sex offender will offend and re-offend in tandem with stressors in their life.

I see the loss of Debbie as a huge stressor in the life of W. Kuhn. A stressor so large that re-offending would be expected and certainly would not be out of the ordinary for that situation.

Just think of the abandonment issues that were triggered by Debbie passing away! Seems to me that regaining control of his environment would be first and foremost in his life and pedophiles often do that through preying on children. His criminal history also shows us that he is an angry, impulsive and, sometimes, violent man.

He is one person I will keep in my vision at all time. He is my #1 suspect in the murder of little Sommer...at least for now. All just my opinions
