Then I read that the RV was actually parked behind the burned-out house.
So, I made the connection between the lawn care company and the RV.

LOL - like biohazard suits sort of... nothing on their heads, but did have the white disposable jumpsuits on. AND GLOVES. Possibly some type of DNA came back & they were sent back to gather more for a certain area because they had a match of some type? JAT (just a thought).

Correct. The landscaping trailer and equipment is parked in the front yard of the same home.

I thought the reference was simply to say that community possibly has someone dangerous, possibly a serial killer, who blends well into the community amongst them.

Well I know a lot about Ted Bundy and maybe he doesn't and his reference meant just that - but the unique thing about Ted Bundy was that he killed in more than one state and traveled to find his victims who were almost always crimes of opportunity. He would wear a fake cast and get in his car and drive around until he saw a girl and he would ask her to help him carry things to his car and then take her.

I thought he was refering to the unique fact that Ted didn't just kill in his community.

This is the entrance to the Clark House Park on Kingsley Avenue. The next street over is Grove Park Drive (it's near Grove Park Elementary is what I'm trying to get at here). Tuba on the astro thread talking about sand - this is where I found the big sandy volleyball court.

Per map Horton Dr is just outside of city limits so trash would be picked up by ADVANCED DISPOSAL CORPORATE OFFICE.

Quoting myself re information....

According to the ADC schedule at PDF attached Horton Dr is in Zone 3 and trash pick-up is on Wednesday .

Zone 2...the area SW of OP has pick-up on Tuesday.

Would a local know if that is correct?

I have lived in places where lawn care people are notorius for dumping clippings in other peoples dumpsters.

It just hit me looking at the picture - I wasn't purposely taking a picture of the trash can - I was capturing the volleyball court with the sand... but look at that trash can. Nice sized one, isn't it.

I wonder if they publish the dumpster trash days. Not construction dumpsters that are scheduled for when they are full, but dumpsters like shopping centers use.
