Has anyone thought about whether ST ran ahead or maybe was "left behind" by siblings? I know it probably doesn't matter...just a thought.

I have wondered if this wasn't a kid dynamic thing that was sort of regular where the older ones would get rid of her by making her mad or she would act mad and leave them, and all benefiting from it in some way.

I wonder if that young photo (see side by side) is from 2002 (when he was charged/convicted of 1997 assault). JMO

I just hope nobody "invades his privacy" while he is in jail. LOL

I was wondering how often Somer would go "off" on her own and for what length of time, 1 hr, 2 hrs....If I believe the past 17 yr old sitter she said up to an hr. So...there was no immediate panic, however I am not here to say should have , could have , would have. I almost get the feeling that these kids were latch key kids. Perhaps DT relied on the 10 yr old. I still wonder if Somer was stalked for a period of time.

In the MPR, the sister's statement said that Somer ran ahead toward home and they last saw her at Solomon and Gano. (paraphrased but links are below if you want to know exact words; and there is a map too)

This info was cleared up later by the reporter-- Kyle did not call in.
The reporter spoke with him face to face interview.

Link? I missed that part of the saga.

In the video Dr. Fessel and I are talking about (link above), the reporter (Ryan) says he just got off the phone with Kyle. He never mentioned talking to him face-to-face AFAIK.

Study: Sex Offender Residency Limits Fail

Posted: 1:07 pm EST November 3, 2009

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- A legislative policy analyst says studies show residency restrictions on sex offenders don't work. ....

Florida prohibits certain sex offenders from living within 1,000 feet of schools and other places that attract children, but some local governments have expanded the ban to as much as 2,500 feet.

Here I go thinking again...I wish we had pictures of the area days/weeks prior to the incident. Any of you locals have any reason to have pictures from school, sporting events, playgrounds, anything outside?? Anyone know of any other news stories in the area just prior to this event?? I'm on a mission to find an old 4 dr brown cadillac circling the area looking for prey. Like looking for a needle in a haystack...but what else have I got to do? Seems we've looked at everything else.

LOL Noway, I wasn't responding to your link. I just posted 2 entirely diff links.

LOL ... I thought you were telling me that the link I posted wasn't working so I found it again with the description.

When I clicked on your link, it did work ... so I posted some of the story.

It's official ... my brain has left the building.

Do any of you think WLK looks fem. in his later pics? I swear he's doing something with his brows and wearing eyeliner.

Nope don't have a link. A poster here emailed the reporter.
We sleuthed this out one night. Email Ryan, IIRC it took us
awhile to get his email. This was all posted back when we were
trying to find out about 'K' the mystery caller.

It was first a phone call ---then face to face. Pretty much conflict reports like the rest of the case.
