I looked up the citation dates and the filed dates for the traffic citations, and they were ALL filed within a week of the citation.

Now I'm curious!!!

Edit: Even the most recent tickets, which are still listed in the court record as ACTIVE, were filed within a few days of the citation.

all the other tkts written on 10/19 by that officer around 8:45-9:00pm have been filed???

The same officer who cited AKT also cited several other drivers that night (speed trap at the same location). It looks as if some of those other citations have been filed, but I haven't checked them all.

that's not the one with the police car in the driveway. go to your link and go up the street a bit on the left there is 2 cars in a driveway with a basketball net one of the cars is a police cruiser.

I've looked up several of the drivers that the same officer cited, and they've been filed with the court already.

Looks like Daddy's Boy still has friends that watch his back, huh?

I know but it's still a cop on that block. And he doesn't do too many tickets either. I'm a little suspicious of him. The corner is right on Debarry. I could just see Somer lured there.

Don't you mean the home owner is 33??

Name of home owner has same last name as cop and home owners first name starts with the same first initial of cops name, but still need to confirm cops first name is same as owner listed at parcels.....

Can you confirm cops first name (which starts with R) is SAME first name as parcel owner?

Middle names/initials of cop & home owner do not appear to be the same however, could very well be related - say father or son....

The home owner is the dad. And he's 53. I did a zabasearch once I found out his name. Then I reversed it with Intellus and found out his son's name. Then I searched the son and found out his age, 33. He only had one arrest that day at 12:25 PM.

I could be wrong but Somer had to pass that house to get home. Maybe he offered her a ride. Who knows. Just speculative.

Great detective work on AKT! If someone could only find out where he works.

I'm thinking about CWG who was supposedly listed falsely on the intiial report which still makes no sense.

If in fact he was a friend of PC, PC could have met him at the bar where CWG was a bartender in the past.

This case with the lack of information is so strange. I know when my friend's child was kidnapped, there were reports everyday, it seemed like.

Kind of weird that a 33 year old cop lives with the parents, IMO.

I may be wrong and he's 26. He's the only one in Jacksonville. The 33 year old was somewhere else. Either case I think his dad owns that corner house Somer had to pass everyday which she walked. I'm only going by the psychic for Briarwood and the cop angle. Who knows what it's worth?
