I read they believe the mass murderer, who was shot, killed the anderson girls.

eta: they believe Paul John Knowles killed the Anderson sisters

Why are they saying he did this?I don't see where any of his victims were little girls.Were there any?

I couldn't find out for sure, but assumed he would have been in jail then. Plus, he's kind of far away, different age, etc.

I know they suspect Schaefer and Knowles. However, there is frequently an LE push to link unsolved cases to serial killers (think Henry Lucas). If the suspect cannot definitively lead investigators to recover a body, then I consider the case still open.

Wasn't Schaefer already in jail before 1974?

I read that when Knowles went to ditch a car (that had been used in a crime) and there was a lookout for, he went to some street and the girls saw him. The girls family knew him and he was afraid they would id him as being in the area so he kidnapped them.

Supposedly someone found a tape recording (he made) after he died that stated this.

I can't really find records of missing FL children or unsolved homicides of FL children from the late 90's on in which there hasn't already been an arrest. Maybe someone has additional records.

I have been out of the picture for the past week so perhaps someone would confirm that this is the reason DT has retained an entertainment lawyer? TIA

No suspect in the Schoen case that I know of.

Not sure about the Helm case.

In the Green Case there was a Charles Wesley Jones who was arrested but not charged with Green's death.

Unrelated to the Jacksonville cases: In the Majorie Christina Luna case it says in 2004 a suspect emerged, that suspect is also thought to be involved in the Tammy Lyn Belanger case. But whoever it was that emerged in 2004 was never charged. I am now going to dig to see if I can find out who this suspect was.
Whoever it was was in front of the store Luna vanished from and at the corner Belanger passed when she vanished. hmmmmmm

but I think the A case was so high profile b/c no one could believe how it was going down. A little girl NOT reported missing until 30 days after she went missing, a pathalogical liar for a mother, grandparents who cared for the child and missed her dearly, yet stood by and defended the very person who harmed their granddaughter. Add in the mix a brother who wanted to be LE and an interesting mix of friends and one couldn't help but watch it all unfold.

I don't see that being the case with Somer so not sure about the entertainment lawyer.

I read on Shoen's thread here at WS that a lot of these girls aren't listed in the regular missing persons databases. I don't know why.
