They want to arrest someone in the family that's what I believe. That's my prediction whether the person did it or not we will never know. Remember Jon Benet. They wanted her parents no matter what.

I could see this happening .... I have watched the family around dt when she is talking to media.. her father , mother, and even LE.. its like they won't look at her and they have other things on their minds as she is talking. I wish I could read through peoples eyes.. Just something I have noticed from the beginning..

WAKULLA C.I.

11/02/2024 RELEASE DATE

(Release Date subject to change pending gain time award, gain time forfeiture, or review. A 'TO BE SET' Release Date is to be established pending review.)

Looks like he was out for awhile.

Date In-Custody
08/10/1978
Date Out-of-Custody
12/04/1984

Date In-Custody
09/14/2006
Date Out-of-Custody
Currently Incarcerated

What I do not understand is this, he was first charged in 1978 out in 1984 but what did he do in 2006 to be now back in jail, where are the latest charges and convictions? TIA

The SO EH, was charged in 1978...so my guess is that he has been in jail since the date of incarceration.

I don't think so (see my post above).

Looks like he was out (of this prison anyway) from ~1984-2006

Maybe something in another county? It might not show here?

ETA: This makes no sense to me.

Prison History
99Y 0M 0D
This is his sentence length which I read as 99 years, 0 months, 0 days. (his release date means he'd serve half of that, 50 years from 1974 (date of offense).

Community Supervision History
24Y 11M 25D
This is his sentence length, now 24 years, 11 months, 25 days.

Both are for the 1974 offense (conviction in 1978), Case 7404942.

MAYBE he was eligible for parole after 28 years and it was denied so his date-in custody becomes that date? IDK

But I'm hoping he was in prison that whole time.

"Orange Park is just a county (not town)out of Jacksonville. Orange Park has more than 6 police cars too big of a county for just 6.
Greencove Springs county is Clay which is also Orange Parks County. GCS has their own police department too. It is a smaller county than Orange Park."

The Town of Orange Park police department was established in 1877. As of 2009 it consists of 22 sworn police officers, 7 dispatchers, and support personel.

But didn't you say Orange Park isn't a town, but a county?
Color me confused-er, now.

Sorry didn't mean to confuse anyone. I was trying to explain in my words the difference between Orange Park and Green Cove Springs. But to be sure of my post I went and looked up the most recent post from wikipedi.

But I see what you are saying wikipedi calls it a town. I don't consider it a town to me its a county part of Jax. Sorry didnt mean to confuse. When I go to OP I don't feel like I am going into another "town". When I go to GCS or Middleburg or Palatka now I feel like I am going into a new "town".
Now I am confused.:waitasec:

Are we sleuthing different cases here? Offenders that have been in prison for years?

I'm more lost than I was last night.

I'm trying to find out about these girls in 1974 they mentioned to see if it has a connection some how.I don't see how it can,But maybe...I'm trying to see who the suspects were in their cases to see if there is a conection in Somers case. But most of them are dead or in jail.So I'm confused too.

I do not think LE can say Blogger's are entirely to blame, it seems to me that LE has made a few mistakes along the way, ie Deputy putting wrong address re Robbery, CWG on MPR etc.
I think if LE is as error-prone on everything as they have been on this,
1) I don't have much faith they'll EVER catch this guy
2) I don't know how they catch anyone
3) It's too easy to explain away being a dumba** when you can say everything you've ever said about a case was an 'accident'.
Yeah-IMO, an accident waiting to happen again...

And if they're NOT as error-prone on everything, why this one?

Wonder how common it is? I went to school with sisters who had this last name (in Montana).

Did the Sheriff say there were still waiting on forensics or hadn't reviewed all the forensic reports?

I have some free time and would do what I could. ;)

I found another little Florida girl who isn't on the list I created before.

01-28-02 - Orlando, FL, age 12, Uma Sewpersaad. Disappeared on her way home from/right after school. Even though she's only 12, her page says that authorities think she left "of her own accord," and that she may have gone to Guyana. Huh?

No, I think some people were just trying to see if any of the possible perps in earlier cases were out of jail when Somer disappeared.
