Scared Monkeys.com are talking about something relevant. They found an article about a teen assaulting 3 Jacksonville girls and not being charged because he's well connected. I hope Infinity looks at the photo and sees if she thinks it's the guy. Thanks.

I don't think DT and SP had some romance going that day. Too little time. But I am wondering why she came home for lunch with such a short short short time frame for lunch.

I have a lot of friends that are into alternative healing. Reiki is just a sort of massage. No big deal. If people tried it, they would like it, I am sure. I don't think that he would have has time over lunch for reiki unless her lunch time was a lot longer than an hour.

I just don't get the going home part.

Really, SP could not have had the time. He had about a 15 minute window of opportunity the way I see it.

I would think that a perp would like to have a little more time (how creepy is that to type!) Why wouldn't SP do something when he would come under no suspicion? I suppose people can be really, really stupid, but that seems really stupid for no reason that I can see.


As far as Somer's missing stuff, why wouldn't they just keep it or trash it anywhere?
I think the perp kept it for a souvenir. Why not throw it with her otherwise? I don't think the perp thought that she would be found.

It's hard to picture WLK walking through the woods and coming upon Somer. Didn't he have a car that he could drive? Of course, he could be skulking around and walk places for all we know.

The lack of info by LE is extremely puzzling.

And the attorney for DT is puzzling. Don't they get something like $300 an hour? Has anyone ever seen an attorney right there after an incident like this? I don't know as this is the first case I've followed on here.

I agree with you on most of this. I can see WLK driving by her on the way back from the nursing home and grabbing her though. Be nice to know if he visited the nursing home that day. I can think of lots of reasons not having to do with the crime that mom and SP might meet at the house, and ultimately, unless I think of a reason that would have to do with the crime, then it doesn't make a difference to me. Maybe mom wanted to talk about her relationship with PC. It seems to me that SP could be gay. I say that only because PC doesn't seem to mind the mom being involved with him. I also don't think SP had the time to commit the murder. It WOULD interest me if mom had SP over there that day because she was worried about somebody she thought was in the neighborhood.

The attorney does entertainment law doesn't he? I hope that's true and I didn't just make it up. If so that prob means he would take a percentage of any deals in order to rep the mother, or the family, instead of insisting on payment up front.

Just one correction. That's a LE protected SO and a violent one at that.

You know, in reference to this case, I'm thinking the families of those girls could file a federal civil rights complaint against the 19 yr old and against LE as well. At this point, I think that's what I would do in their shoes.

I dont think there was a romance either. I think dt has alot of male friends.. and I think they are just friends.

I cannot find the person I was speaking of in any of the pics.
Heres the scenerio: All from my point of view.

While receiving people at the memorial service, a man with short brown hair, pale blue eyes, maybe 5'9, slender, who introduced himself as chris came thru the line and shook ST's (i was sitting behind ST, but was leaning up and thanking him for his help too) hand saying he was among the initial search party for somer. He said he was friends with DT and PC. He expressed his sorrow and we all hugged and thanked him again. I didnt think much of it as we were all exhausted and drained. he proceeded down the line to DT. I did not hear the conversation.
After the service, the day of the burial, we were waiting beside ST's donated van when we saw this same person be ejected from the family vehicle. He approached us and said there wasnt enough room for him. ST invited him to ride with us. He did. I did not have a good feeling about him. I dont know why. It was only a feeling. I sat in the front of the van, kneeled on the floor, in the middle of the two seats on the way to cemetary. ST's friend sat in back with chris. He told us he was very close to DT and PC. I was so awed by all the people and balloons and comforting ST that I didnt really pay attention to what he said. He wore a tshirt and tight wrangler jeans. Does anyone have any idea who this person is?

When we arrived at the cemetary, we had a hard time getting ST's wheelchair up the hill. We stood on the side of the family at the end of the coffin. ST, with friend beside him on left, me on right and another friend behind us. Chris was on my right. Im not going to get into personal things that happened at the cemetary, but an Uncle of DT's said some unkind remarks to ST and demanded to know who this person was... asked for his pass.. he said he was a friend of DT's and was invited. The situation seemed to be escalating and i was busy trying to keep ST calm, Chris then walked to the back of the tent where LE was standing. I never saw him again. I turned this info in to LE. I have not been able to get him off my mind. ST has questioned LE about him, but they are evasive about everything. Since we were asked not to attend the reception, I dont know if he proceeded back to the church or not. He could have lied about being friends with DT. He could have made it look like he was with us to LE. But he was not. Any ideas?

Where is this kid now?

I tried looking the article up in their files, but they only list those since last January ('09). I didn't see it, nor did I find any way to put in a name for a jump.
I was particularly interested in reading any feedback from the following month.
I also want to know where this 'dad' is. (Not that he's any candidate for Father of the Year-or Month-or Day). He's reported as having resigned his position in LE, but at the time of this article, the sheriff's race had not been decided. I want to know if he's involved in LE.

As far as the attorney for DT goes....its not hard to get an attorney when there is this much publicity...at no cost at all. I can understand her need for one... for many different, innocent reasons.

I think perp lit them on fire (soot) to eliminate prints & other evidence..I don't think the perp thought she would be found either & did this only for extra protection..but!..she was found & can forensics examine the soot to determine the material?
