okay i've been thinking about Briarwood, and the puppies about 3 miles away.
I was thinking maybe Somer was taken on Briarwood, taken to the house (via the car) with the puppies.

The only thing that doesn't fit is if the house with puppies is 3 miles away then the vision of the guy walking out with skateboard slung on shoulder doesn't fit unless there is a skateboard park also nearby.
OOOh wait as I typed this, here's what I got.

The guy lives 3 miles away with the puppies, he walks out of house with skateboard slung on shoulder b/c he is going to the skate park (near OPAA) he goes there skates then on his way home (in his car) he sees Somer on Briarwood (don't know why she is there, maybe she is on debarry at the Briarwood intersection, he tells somer about the puppies, she hops in and takes the 3 mile ride to see the puppies.

okay that is the only way I can tie it all together.

A quick google search shows someone with that Barry name has a history of...whatever happened, which I have no idea. Am glad the troll is gone.

Anywho, been catching up here...I too wonder if Somer hid out for a while to avoid dealing with going home. Maybe she even explored and went further outside her neighborhood than usual, since she was upset and knew she might be in trouble for ditching her siblings. Maybe she went on a side street where a car could've picked her up.

But without further info from LE I feel like we might be spinning our wheels right now.

I made it clear that I wasnt disgusted by any fund raisers that benefit the kids...I have far more than disgust for scum that did this. I understand people wanting to give, but I believe its a dangerous precedent. Another motive for scum to kill children... it has been done for attention.. and now we can add money as a bonus.

I DONT BELIEVE THIS IS THE CASE WITH SOMER.

I dont think im alone in feeling this way... there are organizations that need money to fight for laws of sexual offenders to be changed, for children of violent crimes, it goes on and on. These are just my opinions and observations of only one person and what the money is being spent on and I dont believe it is for what it was intended and i found it disgusting and i vented.

thanks for responding! I never thought about mom & dad & family murdering their children or siblings for donation money. Hard to imagine the public donating a single dime to a family doing such a horrendous thing. moo

I completely understand that there are organizations needing money to prevent violent crime...however, when there are donations going to the family, I think the children will benefit immediately. Roof continues to be over their head, clothes, therapy, a get-a-way to process, concerns about money are lessened etc. etc.

The more money that is donated to a family in crisis - the less money needed from organizations...so why not? (I don't believe families will murder their children for donation money - so we differ greatly).

There are MANY who think the way you do... I'm just trying to understand.
