ETA: Ha Ha Ha!!! I just read your other post, chee! No, I wasn't mashing the grapes by foot!!! Just had to do a store run. Does that mean I'm drinking all by my lonesome?

Oh dear - I just realized I quoted myself! How did that happen?! Maybe I should step away from the bottle!!!

ETA: I don't see the killer keeping these items either -

The killer could have dumped the book bag & lunch box in any dumpster anywhere - in a dumpster located in Jacksonville possibly. If that's the case, it will never be found. And just as he discarded this precious child, I'm sure he thought she would never be found. Possibly he didn't dump the book bag & lunch box with her body because he was in a hurry to dispose of her body & could put the other items in his trunk for disposal later on.... across town.

I mentioned after the bag & lunch box came out that I thought it was really strange not to dump all the evidence at the same time. Even if you're in a hurry at the dumpster how many seconds more would it take to throw 2 little bags into KWIM? There was a stranger abduction in Canada within the last year that after disposing the little girl's body, the book bag, possibly other evidence was thrown away in other areas (possibly LE won't confirmed of course) from the body that was left basically in a field. Again why??? The body will be identified regardless so why throw away incriminating items separately? Maybe there is something psychological? It sure doesn't make sense to me.

because the psychos like to take the stuff out and look at it and relive their crime.

Maybe a car pulled up while he was making the dump & he left before he had a chance to grab the bags & put them in the dumpster.

PSYCHOPATH TEST

This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to determine if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly. If you didn't answer the question correctly, good for you.

There was something in earlier threads about Diena having had 5 children, I'm almost sure of it. IIRC, someone even commented on it, and said Sandnpod must have made a typo.
It must have been when she first came on.
I need help. I know there's a way to find all the posts of someone, or at least I took the info to mean that, but I cannot now find what I was reading.
Will someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Well, I feel better about myself. Even though I've seen that psychopath quiz before (years ago, can't remember where) I still couldn't remember the answer! Phew!!! Guess that seals it - I'm definitely NOT a psychopath! Maybe a wino, but definitely NOT a psychopath!

Sorry for the OT comments - sometimes a little humor helps get the old brain workin' again!

I posted that test ,which I just coincidentally got from a friend, to illustrate how hard it is for us to figure all of this Somer stuff. Hopefully, none of us thinks like a psycho, so we may be way off on all of our speculations.

With all of this stress of Somer missing, a little humor certainly goes a long way.

Left-click on the user name (Sadnpod) in this thread, and the option Find all posts by Sadnpod will show up. Right-click on that option and choose to open in another tab.

If you don't have a post on the page, you can open their profile (go to Members List and find their user name). Once you open the profile, there is a Statistics tab and the option to find all their posts.

(The link that Tarabull posted did not work for me, so I put this in here.)

Yes, thank you! Just was getting mixed messages. LOL

IMO there are a thousand places the bookbag and lunchbox could have been dumped.

I cannot see the perp being dumb enough to keep them. But I have seen some dumb criminals.

Perp cant be too dumb or he'd be caught by now?

I still think bookbag & lunchbox is a pile of ashes cos way too much evidence & way too easy to process if ever found.

Hmmm... I just read the link tarabull posted to the article about the NC memorial. In the article, it stated they sang "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus, and said it was her fav song.

I thought "You Are My Sunshine" was her fav song.

Not that it's relevant, and she may have had several favorite songs, but I'm thinking all these favorite songs being attributed to her might be more her parents' favorite songs, in terms of their relationship with little Somer, for sentimental reasons, not that either of them were necessarily Somer's favorite song.

Me too. You can start asking me all the questions. That's why I think it's PC. One psycho to another.

I guess I'll have to wait until he is caught to figure out how dumb he was. IF he kept the items, then really, really dumb.

IF he disposed of them (bleached, burned, wood chipped whatever'd them) then may not as dumb as that.

Why yes cheewawa, as a matter of fact I did. Isn't this the same nursing home that WLKs brother is supposedly in? The dumpster sure is in a secluded area:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

The dumpster is actually at the front near the street, we were turning around in the parking lot and the wooded area is in the back of the parking lot.

If you come in from the street you have parking in the front and on the side. The dumpster is at the front of the side parking lot. If you continue up the side parking lot and take a right, there's additional parking which is what the picture is. I took the picture due to the fact the area is not viewable from the road, which I thought was interesting.
