Here is another inconsistency to me.
"There had been a fire at the house and workers were there remodeling it. The workers said Somer walked inside the fence around the home and even spoke to them."
I'm not sure where this "workers" quote comes from. Workers. That is very different from "worker". Kyle said that he was the last one to see her alive. I think we figured out that LE told him that, not that he decided that he was.
So were there workers there or a worker?
LE did not look at that house until a couple of days later, after Somer was found, is that correct?
I remember in the beginning that J of VD and B saying that he thought that people were using the house as they sometimes found beer cans or something there. Don't remember the exact quote.
So here are my questions.
1. If LE did not go to the house for a couple of days, a lot could have been done there by a worker. Either in terms of clean-up or of abducting Somer right there and then.
2. He wouldn't have had to kill her right then. He could have said he'd give her a ride home because he could have questioned why she was there and found out her little story.
3. He could have done it there and transported her from there, no longer alive.
4. I find it kind of strange that the owner of VD and B was so defensive right away. He didn't express any outrage or sympathy, just CYA. I find that pretty cold and strange. After all a child is missing. I think the average person would be jumping on the bandwagon. But that's me.
You would think that he would say that he has given LE all the names of his workers. Times they worked there. Racking his brain for anyone at the site and asking if they had friends there visiting. Anything,
Aside from the fact that Somer walked through the gate to the house. I just don't buy it.
