This was the main reason I stopped coming checking her for the most part. Seemed more people wanted to sit and make an opinion on someone based on maybe an hour of video, some funeral pictures and a myspace page instead of focusing on who killed Somer.

Just a news flash for everyone here with all the answers on after school care, and state assistance and how they'd sacrifice to be home with their kids after school:

DT likely made too much to receive either substantial after school care to the point where it'd be affordable. Not to mention the hoops you have to go through in the state to get any kind of benefits is retarded. My son has diabetes and we managed to get him on Florida KidCare.....a year after calling 3 times a day, sending in multiple applications, and going weekly down in person to speak to people. They finally came through about 2 weeks before we would've lost our home trying to cover insulin/supplies ect. If she ran into similiar issues with after school care, where no one returned her phone call, or she was told she wasn't qualified, I could see why she didn't take advantage of it.

My wife and I make around 60k a year. That's paycheck to paycheck nowadays and that's with my student loans sitting in forebearance for the past 3 years. And these are the good times as far as we're concerned.

I remember when our kids were the twin's age. I stayed home and worked nights just to be here for them to go to and from school. I also was there when they'd be crying because they couldn't have a snack after school because we'd run out midweek, or they'd be eating hamburger helper for the 10th time in a row for dinner.

The chances of your kid being snatched while you're working is low enough that I don't blame or criticize parents for doing so.

Her lifestyle isn't directly going out and killing children. Her lifestyle wasn't in a parking lot a mile away from where Somer was taken a week ago trying to lure a child out getting mail into his car. Her lifestyle isn't running around throwing a body into a dumpster. Because her lifestyle isn't going any of that, I could care less about it. I'm all for checking out people that lifestyle brought around her children. I can see that as relevant, but I don't see how DT was dressed at the funeral, or whether she smoked some weed at a party pertains directly to who killed a 7 year old girl.

Diena didn't earn the same amount as you though. She earned $14 per hour and didn't have to include a live in boyfriend in the mix. I know she would have been eligible for some help with 4 kids to take care of and being a single mom. That doesn't matter now though, and it's actually the school system that should provide after school care or busing to all. I think people have looked at her some because there is some odd behavior and no one is cleared. If she were the next door neighbor or babysitter of a child that was murdered she'd really be criticized and suspected for some things that have been found out and mentioned a few times. I've only mentioned that it is possible for a family member to have seen Somer walking and gotten overly angry with her. I'd wonder about that whether the mom smokes pot or goes to church daily because the time line could fit a scenario. No one knows what people will do and they're all suspect until LE announces more about the attack and cause of death.

I'm listening to NG on my XM Radio. So much for our e-mail campaign. We can't compete with Tiger Woods. This may be ongoing for a week. Maybe it will get a mention later in the program as an upcoming show. Who could she get as a guest, that's the problem?

The lawyer didn't speak in the 6pm clip... at the end of the video, the reporter, Jeannie Blaylock said the attorney said sheriff besler asked him (the attorney) to watch out for the family.

JVM is having something coming up next about Somer... I just thought of something - didn't DT have on her myspace page something along the lines that her dad was in the FBI or was a secret service agent? Do any of you remember that??

We are talking about a 7 yr. old girl murdered with a child killer at large. grrrrrrrr

Yes, why isn't this guy registering?

Shows an arrogance and a certain attitude that I think is indicative of RSO's-"It's not my fault."

I know that people are working on trying to change the SO laws because they see that there are issues with it.

The only notification we have is of Level 3 RSO's-the most likely to re offend. So you would not know if a level 2 or 1 moved to your neighborhood, unless you somehow found out about it.

Our notification says right on it that people cannot harass these RSO's because the right to notification could be challenged in a court. So I think people are pretty aware of that.

Harassment was pretty specific, but I don't recall what it was. Like throwing stuff at them. Not really, but somethings pretty blatant.

What was interesting was that I was really surprised that the RSO was moving here at all. We have no public transportation, practically no rentals, and no jobs here at all, as most people work in the city by us.

One night before the notification meeting, LE announces that he gave a fake address to where he was moving and they don't know where he is.

Apparently, they didn't even check out where he was moving to. GRRRRR! Maybe he moved to Florida.

I think CWG goes back and forth between TX and FL whenever he wants. He might stay outta FL now with a warrant on him.

The woman to his left looks similar to me as woman who drove Somer to school that morning. Maybe that's an older son of her's or nephew. Really interesting.

I am fairly certain the second guy listed is in compliance now. That is just wrong to keep putting out old/bad info.

Was there anything added that is newer than the 10/21 news we already knew about? If nothing else they should have taken that second guy off. And really CWG is no longer listed as absconded, correct??

It's no wonder this case can't go anywhere. The media can't ask the right questions, and focus.
