Im not responding to questions I have already answered. Mostly because I dont have time atm. I will be in and out til later. You have it pretty straight up Paris Paris. I dont know about child support other than he has told me that it was and has been paid. I dont think money is the reason that DT did not have after school care for the kids. There is another case with her attached to it that recently was filed. There are two dads that should be supporting the kids. If shes waited til now, then I dont see it as a factor. Except this might also indicate that PC has moved out and not helping anymore. IDK.

Video that AC (14 yo son of DT or 13 yo son of DT depending on what you read) attends OPJH.

http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/t...146917&catid=3

This is from 10/20 at about 5:00 on the video (not time of day).

Jacqueline "Jackie" Bernard (sp) REPORTER
Talks with Jeanie Blaylock, who had been invited inside by a family friend.

(Paraphrased) Her brother, 14, goes to OPJH. Went out, we're told by neighbors, for 3 hours and looked for his sister and then came home and collapsed.

Heck my daughter married her stepbrother but they were in there 20s when their parents married. He went to Iraq and came back in horrible shape, ended up in a mental hospital and came out still terrible. At one point their whole family was living in hotels hiding from him because he was hunting them down to kill them. The army had him on so many drugs at the end of it he died in the middle of the night from heart failure.

I agree sad, WLK could very well be the murderer. His designation is a sexual predator, meaning he is considered a high risk of re-offending.

The reason I have a hard time believing Somer's killer is a sex offender, is because, according to the news reports, when her body was recovered she seems to have been fully clothed, since her clothing description was one of the initial identifying factors, including the birthmark on her leg. Also, when they first discovered her remains, LE couldn't make a statement regarding male or female child - they had to wait on the ME to arrive to make that determination so as not disturb any possible evidence on her clothing or body (the ME being the one who would have removed her clothing to determine male or female, I'm assuming).

I can't picture a sex offender sexually assaulting her, killing her, and then putting her clothes back on afterward, and then placing her in the trash. IMO, if she had been sexually assaulted, her body would have more than likely been placed in the trash without clothing, since most deceased victims of sexual assault are found unclothed. In addition, if WLK had sexually assaulted her and killed her, since he is now in custody, a DNA sample would have been collected from him (if they didn't already have it on file) and could have been matched to any DNA that would have been found on the victim as a result of a sexual assault.

Just so everyone knows why I lean away from a sex offender.

I didn't want to say to much right now, just read along and think. But, I gotta ask. What the heck is a jumpsuit? Are we talking a one piece thing here? I remember D describing it and she says what was on the top and what was on the bottom of it. If one piece.....

At any rate I watched a video, really the whole batch that are posted at firstcoastnews that run one into the next into the next. At the end of one there was a quote that all 160 s/o had been cleared.

Dr Fessel

You seem to remember things that I had no notion of.. and you speak as if they are facts and not opinion. I would appreciate links to interviews or other ways to verify. ST told me he was paying support. IDK if he was or not, only that he said so. I have no reason to think he would lie, as I have no history of him lying to me. Is any of what you are saying fact? Do you know he didnt pay?

Does anyone think Somer's murder will be a cold case?
With LE being so silent, it reminds me of Haleigh so much.........

Sorry for your daughter and family. It sounds like he had PSTD. I think that's what ST has. I thought I read it somewhere don't know where now. I think he's paid most of his child support. ST is in no way responsible for what happened to Somer. This was all on DT's watch. She should have driven her daughter home. Who in their right mind lets two 7 year old walk with a 10 year old. You have to be 12 to watch at home not out in the streets. She was negligent. One child ran ahead and ended up dead while the other 7 year old was behind. AT couldn't be in two places. The one who normally drives them is also at fault. How can you deny a child a ride? AB said she had no room in her car for them. This is a comedy of errors.

OMG. I came up with a scenero. What if AB felt guilty that she didn't drive them home and sent her son or nephew to pick them up and he picked up just Somer since she was ahead? That makes a lot of sense to me right now. But we don't know if she has any son or nephew.

I think the word jumpsuit is in error. I think in the Facts list (post 2 in this thread) I have a video link to Diena describing the outfit and it is two piece (bottoms with matching top and shirt underneath).

No I dont think so
They havn't found haleigh yet so I think finding Somer so soon will help them

What the heck is a jumpsuit?

I always felt like it was described like it was purchased from a catalogue. Jumpsuit. Colour-cranberry.

(Not to be confused with "Red Jumpsuit"... the band that played at one of the fundraisers... the band who's members are very tight with Stefani K.)

----------------
Dr. Fessel didn't ask about child support. I just threw that in there thinking it might be the next question.

---------------
Yesterday I read a link with comments from the crossing guard. He also mentioned he wasn't surprised Somer was not with her brother and sister when they got to him. That confirms what the babysitter said... the kids often got separated.

Re Jumpsuit, yes it is a one piece outfit .

The MPR describes her outfit as a jumpsuit.

The Amber Alert flier describes her outfit as a sweat suit.

I don't think anyone has been able to determine if it was one piece or two piece outfit.

Sorry if this has already been answered.

That's sad.I'm sorry that happened.

Somer's outfit must have been a sweat suit. I haven't seen one piece suits for girls past the toddler stage in years now.

Good point about what the crossing guard said

You know the first tour he did he came back a little funny, at the end of his second tour he went straight into a mental hospital in TX.

It was a 2 piece sweat suit. She had a black tee underneath. The jacket had pink strips on the side of the arms and the pants had the same pink strips.
