Yes - same last name as one of the sisters, but his ears stick out.

BIL has completely different ears.

Same last name but we don't know what BIL's first name is? So they could be brothers or cousins or even twins.

as for sticking out ears v. flat ears, maybe different camera angle, maybe one or more was photoshopped (not likely), or maybe they slept wacky the night before making the ears stick out.

eta: if the sticky out ear guy is the one in mug shot this is not the same guy and doesn't have same name as yellow shirt, scratch guy.

The robbers were arrested on 10/21. So the explanation doesn't make sense.

He's one super-duper cop to arrest for ARMED robbers by himself. Surely he had back up. If only so they didn't have to squish together in the backseat of his patrol car! But, darn it there was no time on that report. That would have been nice to know.

I'm not good at this. When I saw the 3 different pics of CWG, I would not have said that it is the same person.

Denise F. is listed in the obit without any husband in ( ) so I figured Denise was divorced or her husband was dead. Since her last name is not her maiden name anymore. (see obit for grandparents if you need the name)

Dawn B. (not maiden name; see obit for last name) is listed with (Forest), which I interpreted as being married to Dawn.

But people seem to be comparing the man we think is FB (who may live in TX) with a man with the same last name as Dawn ... who lives in Homosassa, FL (about 3.5 hours from OP) but the man was arrested in Houston, Delaware.

The brother in law does not have the same last name as the guy you are comparing him too. Why do you think they may be related?

That's why I have an issue with it and am confused.

I think someone found a photo of the man we believe is FB, the BIL and wanted to know who is was and whether that was a scratch on his neck.

The man is in photo 30, 31 and 3 in a link posted (I think) by Dr. Fessel.

Thank you Noway - that's what I've been trying to say. I was responding to a post on the previous page - someone asked if they could be the same person. It was very confusing!

I figured posting first names of adults with hints on where to find the last name was going to have to do or we'd have 4 more pages of how the two men look alike/don't look alike.

Sometimes you just have to risk it all.
