In one of the pics, there was also something red like big scratches or abrasions just above and below the bend of the elbow on the right arm. I could see it on my computer and Dr. Fessel also was able to see it.

Funny you say - he seemed to have backed off when DT's dad stepped in - cuz whoever said he's related to DT also said he's related thru her dad's side IIRC.

Are you saying scratch guy is STILL hanging around? Well, next time you see him, go to the tree/memorial, take out you cellphone camera and take a picture of it and accidentally on purpose get a shot of him or two in the frame!

there was still a lot of folks hanging around the home when I went by there...no wonder LE is parked outside...for sure they are watching this guy....I watched him as he carried food in that was being delivered, he is a little gopher...run run run.....was always on the move....MO

In a series of bizarre coincidences, I found an RSO (kidnapping charge) tonight who is a dead ringer for the scratch guy--even appears to be the right height. Funny thing is he shares a last name with witnesses from the neighborhood, lives in ST's neck of the woods, has tattoos of "bones," and apparently accidentally shot himself today although he originally reported that a guy in a red truck did it.

Correction--looks like the shooting was a couple of weeks ago--story is headlined today, but says it's from 17 days ago.

I'll tell you my initial reaction to scratch guy on the video though--the way he was eyeballing everything, the way he stood, etc., I was wondering if he wasn't undercover LE or bodyguard or something. He reminded me of those guys with the earpieces who are watching everything when some celebrity is making an appearance. Not sure I'm buying the cousin story.

ETA: Funeral was 10/27. This was 10 days later. Why would he still be there?

I think DR probably means departmental report.

I guessed that scratch guy was a cousin before the poster showed up to say he was. At the daytime outdoor press conference the way he stayed close to DT's parents made me think that he was a relative on their side of the family and reminded me of how my cousin is close to my parents.
