According to a reliable source IMO, hundreds of polygraph tests have been administered, in somers case, some voluntarily, some not.

I, personally, dont trust the results of polygraphs. My ex worked for a company that was experiencing a problem with employee theft. He was subjected to a polygraph as were all the other employees. I know for a fact that he didnt lie, nor did he steal, yet he failed both polygraphs. They caught the person who did it with cameras. This person passed his polygraph.

Gang tags? Can u elaborate? I will check it out when I go, take a pic.

The "logo" the gang uses, usually put on with spray paint. It's a territorial thing.

HTS, still absconded. So how could LE talk to ALL the RSO's? Am I missing something?

Personally I feel that Somer was not murdered by an SO. I do think Poly's are reliable in most cases however a lot depends on the training of the person who administers them. How about Misty.....there lies a lier.

Pin.. Refresh me.. the mysterious neighbor?

We don't know her name. She was anonymous but may be AB since she was with the Sheriff discussing dump.

Some blogs are saying a prank that went bad, however we do know that she was murdered as stated by LE. LE knows the cause of death and knew it almost immediately.

She wanted to remain anonymous.

I've often wondered about the 4 armed burglars that were in the neighborhhood that day. Were they gang members? Did Somer see something, or come across them after she left the Gano House? Did they have a car hidden in the neighborhood somewhere, or another person who drove them? Did they take Somer to create chaos, in order to rob people? Could it have been a gang initiation? I noticed the gang tag(s) on the utility box before Fromhart street. I tried to see if any of the 4 arrested had scratches....

JMO about the digging at night in the Gano yard....if I lived in that neighborhood, I would be grateful that my child didn't have to pass by while they were digging.

Some or all still being held without bail.. I have been looking at this too

BBM

We all know what you meant, but her twin brother was ST instead of AT. Not being nit picky. Good job on this list of facts as we know them.

This and other corrections have been made. I really ask that it not be quoted in its entirety. I'm not sure I have the right to ask but it's a space issue and that it changes daily and if we can limit the number of times it appears in a thread, I think that is beneficial.

New version

When I don't have the opportunity to "Quote" to a new thread, the formatting blows up and I have to work on it a bit to get it cleaned up.

The links go wonky and I pull my hair out, so if the mods could give a heads up when they are going to create a new thread and whoever starts the thread (mod or otherwise) could QUOTE this over (lastet version will be in my signature), that would be great. :blowkiss:

I know cath, and your probably right about SO's. But its the only route I have to follow that I can at least go back to when the other possibilities get too much for me. Finding them and getting them arrested for not registering doesnt hurt my feelings either. I think polys also depend on the person and whether or not they believe they are telling the truth. Did that make any sense?

AFAIK, the body of a small child was found around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sheriff notified Diena on Wednesday at 9 p.m. that it was Somer. This was based on the birthmark and the clothing of the victim.

ETA
Watched the video from Thursday a.m. He said "last night about 9 detectives unconvered the body ..." JMO but I think this means until then, they had seen only legs and were examining trash as they got to body. Once they uncovered her, they were able to ID the clothing and the bookmark and reported to the Sheriff that based on that, it was Somer. Later, dental records confirmed that.

I don't think the Sheriff was saying that the body was found at 9, just that at that point they identified her as Somer. JMO

Ya I think they are just burnt out and not saying things correct at this point.
Thats why I asked.. thanks

I think it was a question of how his statement was interpreted.

I took it to mean that he could confirm it was Somer because at 9 last night (Wednesday 9 p.m.) detectives had uncovered the body (which had been visible only from legs down).

http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Content...ida-Child-Abduction-Response-Team-Become.aspx

From April 2009:
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s South Florida Child Abduction Response Team (CART) has become the second team in the nation to obtain national certification. CART is a multi-agency team designed to immediately mobilize assistance and investigative resources to the lead investigative agency when a child goes missing under suspicious circumstances.

Properly trained and exercised team members bring not only their expertise, but organization and coordination skills, as well as team
continuity to the situation. They provide ready access to any needed equipment such as mobile command posts, all terrain vehicles, search
dogs, communications equipment, computers or any other specialty equipment that may be needed to safely rescue a child. Because of the
pre-established plan, teams are scalable, able to immediately assemble as many or as few assets as required by the specific situation.
