I wish we had the video of the lady that talked about the trash being taken out "take that how you want to", something like that...I have searched and searched...anyone?
BBM
Where did this info come from? Is there a link? Was it an official release?
Or, was this a rumor?
I just keep thinking that the lady in that video was AB??? if it was, and she was sitting next to the sheriff in that conference....wonder if she saw something? someone taking out their trash?? Seems I remember they were standing on a corner there by the house, it was at night, right after a vigil maybe, in the news cast....was it NG?? Wasn't it before Somer was found?? so many questions about this video...would love to see it again...I know I saw it once....
As far as the hair and bag, I don't always know what bag my child is bringing with her because she changes them several times daily. I would have to make an effort everyday to notice it. I don't. I may be a horrible mother but mornings are hectic and I don't notice everything my child has with her.
The texting thing, I have not idea what really happened there.
As to when someone saw her last or what had happened in the arguement, DT was not there and those details can change with the people who actually witnessed it.
If one of my children were missing, I would pick up my son at the park as well. I'd want to make sure I knew where they all were.
I know it to be true. There is no link or any media official release. You can sleuth it out. Or believe me or not. How I know I will not share.
I agree with your post, however, I think a point could be made...wouldn't you go through the bags as a process of elimination & get any correction out to the media ASAP as a critical detail? Although, the media is full of errors...this has been a big problem in this case, not sure who's fault the bag description is, it was a huge error that went on and on.
Yes, absolutely I would want all my children with me. Because DT was texting, I assume she had a cell phone, perhaps her son did too & that is why they met at the park. She was probably in touch with b/f & knew where everyone was via cell phone, I don't find any of that unusual. I kind of find it odd, in that the kids went to stay at relatives or friends for a few days. I would want my kids all with me...under my mother "wing" so to speak. I also never understood how the McCann's put their 2 year old twins back in daycare the next day, at the same complex Maddie disappeared. But that is just me, I would want/need my kids right with me, until a motive or the killer was found. I would worry my family was particularly being targeted perhaps?
Most of us are here for Somer...no matter who is at fault. We are going to have a lot of questions, concerns etc. & it won't all be nice...this is websleuths afterall, not a prayer vigil & I think that is important to keep in mind why people are here. I think this is a very fair & respectful group, allowing many different feelings to be expressed. There is nothing nice about a 7 year old murdered. The vast majority that I can see have no agenda but to be here on their own time to seek justice for this child.
Saying someone is not a suspect is not saying they are ruled out. IMO
I dont get this sentence. If they dont suspect them then they are ruled out. Who will investigate them if they are not suspected?
I guess they could not be a suspect at this time, so they are not ruled out.
The only thing I know for certain is that no on has been cleared that we know of?

I agree. I know why people are here. I also have questions. Did I give another impression in my post? Not sure why this is directed to me.
ETA: Like you, I was giving my opinion on some of the questions that were brought up. And I do pray for Somer daily. Even tho this is not a prayer vigil.
The statement by Beseler was made a long time ago. But people keep quoting it as if he said it yesterday and as if it still holds true.
If they have not advanced since then, I have no faith in them at all. While they may not have a suspect, surely by now OTHERS have been ruled out?
JMO but I don't think LE would announce if/when they have a suspect (or two or three). They are playing everything SO close to the vest.
And there was a time when I wondered if the reason for this was that the perp was a cop. Because I knew there were cops in the area when Somer disappeared (local made statement that there are cops present in morning/afternoon).
My perp idea is still a realtor type but I tried to think of who else would be in the neighborhood and thought of mailmen and busdrivers (small white buses, other schools' buses).
Any others who blend into a neighborhood ... who would have transportation and might stop/start without drawing attention?
Chili, thanks for the video.....I think we are talking about two diff trash ladies....I do think it was AB that talked about the trash and Take it how you want, the other trash lady was talking about the dump at the burnt home...diff trash lady....I am interested in seeing the AB one that we can't seem to find.....AB says she is "mad" in this video....this is just how she sounded in the one that we can't find...."mad"...MO...why was she there with the Sheriff I wonder? does that seem odd to anyone else? like maybe she might know something? The video you are talking about could very well be the ABC News video where AB and the sheriff are sitting next to each other. Here it is:

In that video AB doesn't say anything about the garbage being picked up.
My memory can be faulty but I thought the lady who made the comment we are talking about was not AB, I seem to remember her being a neighbor near Gano Street but I could be wrong about that part. If her comment was made on the 21st we didn't know about the Gano Street house yet but we knew Somer was last seen on Gano Street.
Noway, if you didn't try it you can click the post # at the top right of each post and it will open a new page of the single post where you can copy the link and paste it here.
We also know for a fact someone gave Kyles name to a reporter. The people most likely to have his name were the police.
Now why would they do that.
