Okay let me just say this another way

Beseler said the man is not a suspect in the Somer case. Right
Why does he not say the same for DT .. it makes no sense unless there is a reason

maybe BECAUSE all the DNA they've found on Somer is identifiable!

i'm not very good at this either btw.

Proximity might be the factor. This man might have an airtight alibi and DT doesn't.

NOT related to Somer's case however interesting debate over whether society has gone too far in sharing ourselves on social networking media after a Florida mom tweeted about her childs fall into a swimming pool, while docs tried saving him.... and he died.

no direct evidence linking the man says it all. There are some with direct evidence. There must be DNA that doesn't match him.

If it's identifiable then why is the guy not a suspect?

cuz his wasn't any of the identifiable....


identifiable = dt, sp, cpc, ac, st, at, her teachers, the crossing guards she hugged that morning all the kids in the car that she rode to school with AB....her pets, heck even AB's pets.....KWIM....

identifiable = all the DNA on Somer belongs to people they have identified as KNOWING her and having been with her that day.....

and IF that was the case it would make it hard to connect to the actual killer.

For me, it's really not that hard to believe....it just depends where you've been, what you've seen, where you're at and all those things that contribute to our perception of everything really.

But in Somer's case as I know it right now, I'm not saying DT did or didn't do it. I can't.

If I have to say anything I say underage perp, that's all I will allow myself to flat out straight up say - that's how I sees it.

Hi everyone! Some updates from me...

DT and ST are divorced.. final 12/14

The custody/visitation is not completed.

Numbers on gano do go up from the school. My brain fart was innacurate, grove park on left is before grove park on right, but I still think she could have easily passed guard here if she went right.

There is no dumpster at the end of soloman.

The dumpster behind hooters, in the parking lot is easiest of all I have seen, secluded, easily accessible to pull up car, dump and drive, also, small loader, lower to ground than most, no fence... and even though it was not hooters dump, there was hooters trash in it. To get here, you just take debarry all the way to wells, and a short turn to go in that parking lot.

OPJH dumpster is also easily accessible. but going in and getting out in wee hours would risk getting caught. Not the hooters dump.. well hidden.

AB should have to explain alot more of her relationship to kids. I personally want to hear what she has to say, but doubt this will happen. I think she is key to their environment from an outsider and I think she cares more about those kids than we think.

Those pups are a key... I have reason to believe sampson is with somer. The look like boxer pups mixed with shepard I have seen. San Jose is next exit south of 17/ roosevelt and vet office is right there. I dont have to question why someone so demented would take the pups and not kill them. Maybe they saw infinitys post and maybe they saw that I was gonna go and have went to look for them. So they took them to the vet. Maybe somer killed sampson unintentionally and perp got angry. Maybe somer hurt a pup unitentionally and perp got angry. Maybe perp killed sampson for same reason he took pups to vet. These dogs could have belonged to a teenager. There are many people who care more for dogs than people. (sometimes I do too) (alot of people suck IMO).

I do not believe DT killed somer. NOt in a fit of anger. Not by accident.

OPJH gets out at 345, I was there today to take pics of dumpster, but noway I could wait in that line

I drove from DT employer to OP park, I left her work at 315. Traffic would be no where as bad as 400. I missed most lights and traffic was not bad. I didnt speed over 5mph, but drove aggressively to get there. it took me 38 mins.

Or contaminated.Maybe that is why they went back to the house on Gano.To try and get more evidence to test and retest.Maybe it's not back yet.

There is a new dumpster you can see in the pics I posted... I will give you a link if you need one. The old full dumpster is still there too. You can see where dirt has been smoothed over and there is a pile of sand on side of house, also a slide. It doesnt look like anyone has been there, but maye workers and no sign of that either, new dumpster is empty.

Tried to get a look see in back yard, but neighbor behind them wasnt home. gate to their back yard was locked. I stopped blatantly in front drive adn was taking pics... LE drove by but didnt stop.

I didnt see any LE at DT's this or the last time I was there. Of course, it wasnt dark out. Kids were playing outside last time I went by. Maybe life is sorta gettin back to a normal.

You know, I don't hear from her that often, she just popped in today to say that about the cemetery and it wasn't even clear, so I messaged her back and said WHAAAATTT? Then I sent her the message asking about the police and she answered. I haven't asked her anything else. She doesn't keep in touch with me much, but I will try to ask her.

As far as somer saying sampson is wiht her... well cant prove that one either, but I believe it cause she said so... to someone I believe in.

The dumpster is full so maybe to transfer contents to new dumptser to haul away or maybe they need a new dumpster becuase LE doesnt want old one removed... idk
