Oh, sorry ccane, I have kids distracting me and its wonderfun!!!! I was speaking to infinity on that one, or anyone who might believe in her vision, which, btw I do.... so yes, its possible that pups were at THE crime scene... no evidence of this of course!!!

As far as somer saying sampson is wiht her... well cant prove that one either, but I believe it cause she said so... to someone I believe in.

I have reason to believe there ws a gag order issued as to DT's media interviews... rumor, but it appears to be true.

But I know there are people here talking about the pups so it would be kinda out of left field to just go there and post it... again any post anyone wants to ignore can feel free to do so... no one has to or should give instructions to other posters on what to post or where. Is it just me or does AB seem to have had a problem with the kids that HAD playing outside by themselves? Or maybe a problem with the parents?

Its not just you. I think she is tired of being repsonsible for watching out for others kids, especially now that one has been murdered, no matter how much she cares about them.

FYI everyone, I did send my friend a message and asked if she had heard any new information on the case.

From what I have seen here, most everyone has really tried to hold back personal biases and a lot of feelings out of respect for others. I admire the way the site is handled. Surely I have repeated myself many times over with my theories and etc. So, I would like your response to what you would want to know here as far as information; if there are no "hard" facts. In other words, do you want to know "what people are saying", what the general climate is in the area, things like that? Or do you just want to know things like if the police are still around the Thompson home, for example.

What I am trying to say is I don't want to start a fracas over unsubstantiated rumors that may cause members here offense?

Example: If my friend said (and I am making this up) "I heard that when the divorce was final, DT and CPC had a huge party and they moved it to a local bar and binged out all night," - or - (again, made up) "a cousin of one of Somer's teachers said she heard that Somer was in ISS that day," would you want to know that?

I hope I am making sense as I am exhausted, 300 presents to wrap and parties still ahead. God Bless Everyone.

As of today a formal Gag Order has not been ordered by the court . It is more likely that D is not speaking in public at the advice of her attorney.

Even if there was no technical "gag order", I would hope that DT's attorney would advise her to keep quiet.

What interests me is that he is a "media lawyer" (also represented Shaniya's dad) who reportedly is hired to help clients "navigate" their way through interviews, etc. But one reporter on a show (I want to say CBS) DT was on introduced him as her attorney hired to "...be a liason between (DT) and LE". I wondered why she would need a liason. The reporter asked her if she knew anything about the case and she said (very soberly), no...nothing. Then the attorney jumped right in and made his respectful speech assuring everyone that DT felt they were doing a good job and that the police were waiting for the DNA from foreign labs or something like that (brain fog). The usual tripe that they were "confident" that LE knew was onto the truth.

Trying to translate all of this, I concluded that maybe his job as a "liason" was to keep DT from saying more to LE. In other words, she "lawyered up."

When I am overwhelmed, my sense of humor becomes more cynical than usual so I can imagine a scenario where on the REAL CBS interview, the anchor introduces "and we'd like to welcome ______________, the attorney hired to shut DT up" Then the camera zooms in and DT has a big gag across her mouth, the lawyer sitting there with a hot button, monitoring her facial expressions, one false move and BZZZZZZ! She gets the cattle prod shock.

Then in my world the lawyer looks right into the camera and says: Mrs. T knows everything about this, but she ain't talkin! Go ahead, Sheriff, make my day!"

I wonder whether people outside Diena's immediate neighborhool but still within the walking route from the school are still fearful or whether they feel that Somer was more of a specific target.

It is possible there is more of a fee associated with interviews now, and they (news stations) just aren't willing to pay. Plus there is nothing new to report. Who is going to pay for old news?
