We pick everyone apart. We are here for Somer. Nobody hasn't been picked apart. She should be happy that we even care to try to solve this. We are objective. I've never cared what she wears or how much money she fundraises. I've never cared about anything but solving this. Unfortunately, the lack of evidence always goes back to her and her inconsistencies. Not that she's guilty but she does know something. I know a lot of missing and killed children aren't even making the news.

I'm afraid this might be another JonBenet and that would be horrible. All because the parents weren't 100% honest.

What do you think Somer would really think of people picking her mother apart or being cruel to her mother.What do you think Somer's brother's and sister really think of all this.It must be very hurtful to them.

I THOUGHT someone told me (when I asked) that Somer was NOT sexually assaulted??

that was threads and threads ago....now....do they know ..yes or no...was she sexually assaulted?? That makes a HUGE difference in finding out who did this horrible murder

Maybe LE has it's own reasons for holding back the autopsy info??

do we even know HOW Somer was killed?? I dont think so...and now I wonder if we know the details yes/no regarding sexual assault

it makes me wonder WHY they are holding back all this info?? I just hope there is some resolution and some justice for this poor little girl...so very sad and so poignant cause it seems soooo "preventable"

As far as I know, that information has never been released. I may be wrong.

I never heard anything about if she was sexually assaulted or not.

ETA: If it was discussed in here that she was not sexually assaulted, it may have been one of the many rumors. I don't think it has been released.

Besides the comment that she never wandered, then the sitter saying she sometimes did wander...what other inconsistencies? I'm not being snarky, just wondering.

The list is LONG.

The bow or pig tails. The School Bag style. The young photo which doesn't even resembles Somer. The height of the child. I have a 4 year old who is taller than 3 feet 5 inches. That's the average for 4 or 5 in height. Somer was at least 4 feet. The texting SP and not even speaking to AT. The different place AT last saw Somer. The squabble ended up with Somer hitting the child with her bag.

Her child is missing and she goes to pick up the older brother.

The time line is total compromised.

These are only a few of the inconsistencies with the police report. SP and PC aren't even questioned. I don't know why they weren't questioned

Then the rso on the police report. I don't know who threw that name into put a monkey wrench there. Some say it was the other woman on the police report.

I do think they should clear some of this up.If she wasn't sexually assaulted.Then I would look into the little girl or girls she got in a fight with at school or on the way home.Disgruntled,sibling,parent,friend?she could have also been attacked in a struggle before she was going to get sexually assaulted and was never sexually assaulted.

Nothing was release except that the cause of death is homicide. So basically she's like Michael Jackson. His was also ruled a homicide. No real facts put out about anything else.

i haven't had time to be on lately trying to catch up today. I see some people are still picking DT apart, I agree what would Somer think and the other children talking about their mom in such a way. I think its terrible and slanderous. If you DT are reading this some people just get their kicks talking about someone else and questioning their life style, when usually their own doorsteps could use a good sweeping,,,,

I am sure that Cindy Anthony would love to see the threads about her daughter shut down...

at some point we have to decide why/what we are doing here

I know that some are really good at "sleuthing">> they live in an area...they put facts together...some people have personal insights

some people are wizzards it seems at digging up info on the net

and some of us simply have concerns (or are sick of seeing these sad cases) and are curious and/or want to give opinons....or want to "do" something..

I fall into those last 2 areas....I am ALL about signing a petition...writing letters (like for the KlausKids)....and I would love to have some ideas/email addresses to contact to help make "changes"..

I also admit that I am "curious">> I try to "logically" think thru things...and figure them out...even if sad I want to know the "truth"....I hate seeing so many unsolved crimes

I do watch Nancy Grace (yeah) and some of these cases move me...some puzzle me..
sometimes I think I can "figure" them out....usually MY method is to choose the "simplest" solution

sometimes I think we just want to post to express our own dismay at the "system"...at the relentless news of sad cases, abused and murdered children

I don't know...IF on every thread we are told to NOT post anything that might hurt the "family" what are we supposed to post about?

I mean....doesn't OJ still have some family...we don't want to hurt their feelings?? who can we post about?? Maybe Jack the Ripper....whoever he was , he is dead and his family along with him I guess...so is he fair game?? Or wait...maybe he has a great great grandchild in England who might be "offended"??

As far as the hair and bag, I don't always know what bag my child is bringing with her because she changes them several times daily. I would have to make an effort everyday to notice it. I don't. I may be a horrible mother but mornings are hectic and I don't notice everything my child has with her.

As to when someone saw her last or what had happened in the arguement, DT was not there and those details can change with the people who actually witnessed it.
If one of my children were missing, I would pick up my son at the park as well. I'd want to make sure I knew where they all were.

Do you think Somer would like every avenue taken to solve her murder? Questions are never wrong. Take it like a science theory. You must answer questions to get to the answer. Now DT is the common denominator to everything. She's the nucleus. At one point I thought it was Somer but that's just not so. Remember Susan Smith. Do you think her boys would have liked her to mom questioned? Mothers are open game unfortunately.

When a mothers little girl has just been murdered and thrown in the garbage like trash it's not the time to say things that can hurt the family.That's cruel and not helping anything at all.Especially if we do not know all the facts.Who are we to post just to get our point out there.Has anyone walked in her shoes?

She could have done that AND call the police. I wonder how much time she wasted. I think it was 5PM before the police even knew Somer was missing. If SP was there, I wonder why he didn't call her or she didn't call to see if Somer was home. Whole story seems made up to me.

i agree with everything you said. and the older pic she gave maybe that was the only one she could find quickly and LE wanted a pic. If you remember their were other pics posted very soon of an older Somer, I think people are just to quick to judge DT, maybe because her way is not their way. Maybe she did make some bad choices but haven't we all at one time or another...

I go back to her being told to get and being offered free after school care and refusing it. That is my biggest pick apart.

Her wording of things shows me she is distraught and grieving.... like she would not sleep..until this it was found. Im sure she meant rest... and she doesnt appear to have rested or eaten since.....she looks gaunt and drained, yet still strong and angry...

I think most discrepancies with DT go back to this point... of child care. Jax LE is not someone I would want to call for any reason... IMO they are very much their own gang and Ive heard them referred to that way. The worst gang in town. I have heard the same for OP. IDK if its true, but the ones at the service were another set of bald headed buff men. i dont think she wanted to face it... that somer was gone and I think she dreaded calling LE because of past recommendations. NO other reason... no big conspiracy... just fear of their involvement.

There is no way they are looking for a sex crime
and DT was by her own words near the last location of where somer was spotted by the child witness that came a week later

If this where a sex crime then why this comment?

IMO this man has not been ruled out or DT has not been ruled out.

Saying someone is not a suspect is not saying they are ruled out. IMO
