A lot of our questions would be answered.

But, I'm willing to be patient and wait as long as it takes. Because, IMO I want all the T's crossed and the I's dotted so there will be no question on this.

George Vinson had a partner in the business. I wonder if he was working at the house that day at Gano and could his name be Kyle.

And what is Mandarin, is that a town by orange park? That is where the RSO Vinson lives according to that article.

The Mandarin area is on the southside of Jacksonville

Kimberlyd I think patients is the word here. They want enough evidence so that everyone would say yep they are guilty, not just most people would think they are guilty.

I just wish so much that the reporter who interviewed Kyle would have given us a little more info on him. Why is he protecting this source like this. Never told us a last name, and never told us what kind of work he did. Never told us what time it happened did he?

The whole Kyle story has been fishy to me since the start.

Maybe LE told the reporter not to say anything. This would make sense if "Kyle" is who they are watching. IMO

It was reported that the Vinsons and their helper (Kyle maybe) all had DNA swabs taken, I would think that being the ME had Somer's body those swabs could have been tested against any DNA on her body. Whether we are privy to it or not.

For a group of LE agencies who say that Somer's case is the #1 priority ... they sure are taken their sweet time getting those tests done.

I don't know how long ago the Sheriff made that statement but IMO it's time to let it go. If the CCSO isn't able to clear some people by now, they aren't doing a very good job. JMO

At one point we were discussing people who may have been in the neighborhood that would not have looked out of place that day, ex: LE, Bus Drivers, etc... What about a cab driver?

The only person I ever heard say that the construction people were cleared, was them.
IMO if it was public knowledge this "Kyle" was the last known person to see Somer alive, then all of the sudden, there is no new info on Kyle. No explanation on Kyle.
Reporter is suddenly hush hush about his conversation with Klye...

That kinda points me to the direction that there is more to the whole Klye story than meets the eye. IMO

Just maybe he is the one they are watching and they are waiting for evidence to come back to prove a case against him. This is all speculation on my part, but it's got me thinking.

If he/the CCSO hasn't been able to clear someone by now, I'd be very surprised. And if I lived in Clay County, I know who I wouldn't be voting for come election time.

Noway, do police really ever clear anyone anymore until they catch the person?

Yes. They have suspects that look good and then the evidence rules them out and the evidence turns them in another direction. JMO

it would make sense.. maybe didn't have anything conclusive enough during prelim testing to "hold him/them" but wanted to watch them. I know i have seen on these TV shows where they will of course make the suspect think they are in the clear - just so they will do something stupid while LE is really watching them.

I have always thought that the last place somer was on Gano was THAT house.. i don't think she ever left there on her own free will.

1) No other sightings after
2) Dogs lost scent right by there
3) the whole Kyle/reporter chicken/egg situation

I just dunno. But I'm leaning towards this.

Wasn't she seen past the Gano house a little closer to home by a friend of hers? I think it was CS's daughter who said she saw her past the Gano house. I am not sure.

What an adorable picture of the twins with their birthday cakes! Looks to me like the one cake has six candles - must be from last year? Beautiful children!!! mho

Sheriff Rick Beseler states that no one will be cleared as a suspect until they find the perpetrator.
