Ok thank you.Elementary gets home on the bus about that time.So maybe they waited at the elementary school untill thier brother got them to walk home?

It was agreed she would not have to go to daycare if it caused a financial burden. We have not heard Somer ran off all the time. That is not a fact.

The former baby sitter said she did run off all the time - reported in the news - neighbors said she wandered around looking for someone to play with - also in the news. Isn't news articles an acceptable source of facts? LE even stated that Somer may have had a history of wandering or running off....Do you not accept THIS as fact? Respectfully, may I ask you just what it is that you accept as FACT?

I would like to make a general statement about opinions/common sense/attacks.

Just because someone has a different opinion does not mean they don't have common sense. It means they disagree.

Just because smeone, in discussion, states they don't agree with you, it's not an attack. Just means they disagree.

I personally don't believe them.We don't know them. They didn't back anything up with fact.I don't think it was all the time.It doesn't matter.I accept fact that LE said there was a slight problem.I do think if it continued to happen. They were going to have to address that issue. As I said I don't think it happened all the time.Let's move on to something else please.

What does singing and crying have to do with anything?I will have to consider the sources.Who are these people saying these things?People need to start backing what they say up with fact.I see no facts.A slight history is not all the time.Any way, does any one have a picture of the back of the house on Gano.

BBM:

When a person is truly emotionally distraught as evidenced by crying, gasping, sobbing, etc., physically the nose begins to run also, the system takes over, there is mucous in the throat (a thick voice) and a person is not able to manufacture those physical occurrences. You cannot be sobbing and crying and lucid and "dry" back and forth several times. It is physically impossible.

You cannot gasp and sob one moment and then sustain yourself to sing one or two verses of a song, such as those songs sung at the vigil and etc. It is physically impossible. The best example is the emotional Jerry Lewis at the end of his annual telethon when he cannot get through the song because the voice cracks and breaks up and is too thick to project the volume out or sustain a note.

Voices singing and talking/sobbing/crying/discussing/threatening killers are the same. You can even watch videos of the vigil and see that several people are really gasping and choking and unable to sing.

That is ME who posted this, a professional singer. If my experiences in this and dealing with grieving people aren't enough, you can always google any of the subjects to find out what the experts say.

The dogs used in 911 were cadaver dogs which are a totally different kind of dog then the ones used to try & locate Somer. These dogs can still trail a scent from where she was grabbed & if she went into a vehicle for instance and trail a car. Rain & wind hampers these dogs, I don't believe it was raining that day, but I have no idea of the wind conditions. Sometimes the scent can last for days & I wonder if the dogs may have been confused with her regular route and/or if she turned off. If the burnt house was the last place they smelled her, perhaps she did die there? If the scent was the middle of the street...I would assume she was taken by a vehicle, but again why didn't the dogs trail that? Do we know if cadaver dogs were brought into the burnt house? It doesn't take very long for a cadaver dog to be able to pick-up that scent as long a her body was resting on an object (still at the house of course) for at least 20 mins. These are the reasons I am confused.

This is making me think - could they have also used cadaver dogs - if, as in a lot of missing children cases - they have to treat it as a potential homicide? Those dogs would still use articles of clothing, etc., etc., am I right? Or am I confused about it? TIA

So now her singing at her baby's vigil is being questioned?

I don't know what to say.

I am not sure nobody is blaming the father, but the bottom line is he was out of their lives (for whatever reason) for approx. two years and DT was in charge of making the choices and decisions of the children daily lives. In that context she is ultimately responsible as they were solely her decisions.

Do you know why the father was out of their lifes? As far as I know he could have forced them out.

Anyone know if the search dogs found the little girl in Jacksonville the other day? I ask this because search dogs are talked about in this case alot and I don't think they are as good as everyone says.

I would like to see it too, would you kindly post it?

Regarding other contractors, this company appears very small from their website so I doubt they would have plumbers, electricians on staff. We know the house was roof tight with doors & windows. The house would be locked after everyone is gone. It has been my experience in building about 10 houses a key is hidden or a number of keys are given to the head contractor for these sub-trades to come & go. An example would be the dry-waller has to crack-fill over seams a number of times and many times they will work after hours, painting as well. I don't know inside what stage they were at though.

Since this was a daylight scenario, would the doors and windows be open? A key - would it figure in? What is so confusing is how this happened so quickly in the middle of the day. I am trying and trying to figure out how the Gano house works into it. I feel she was near the house or around it, and whoever killed her may have slipped in there to do .... something.

And the men's room. Skanks hanging around men's rooms....I don't see her going anywhere near a men's room, does anybody else? What is in the immediate vicinity but hidden near men's room? Is there a sink in that men's room for perp to wash up? Could perp have grabbed/whacked her over the head, suffocated, whatever way he killed her and then gone in there to wash his hands or something? Did he leave her lying somewhere or drag her in there? I still say if she was dragged around there would be particles of whatever she was dragged through stuck in her clothing/hair and technology will rule the day in that scene.

Just picturing little kids slipping in and out, playing around. Thinking about Somer popping up and saying "Good Job!" Kids are so beautiful, with their little sincere compliments...ah, God, I want to cry again :banghead:

Everybody is different and DT is not a professional trained singer.

From what I read a man looked out his window and saw her in his back yard hiding behind a bush.

So it is AC's school and not Somer's that is located near DT's former place of employment, correct?

It's just that people cannot cry and sing at the same time or turn the crying off and on in order to sing, like DT did on TV.

There are a lot of different meanings and definitions of running off. How many hours into the search did DT say she had never done this before? It was probably a true statement when she said it.

Well evidently she did.

I read they had search dogs working right from the start.

It has nothing to do with Somer.
