He is a POI...but they do not say any charges of murder...

If he acted alone why is there no arrest for murder?

Jennifer Bauer live on-scene at Gano.

Jennifer Waugh is live on-scene at CCSO.

JBauer will be live at the scene until morning team [reporters] arrive to cover.

Emphasizing # of evidence containers, again. Looks like a fine-tooth comb kind of deal.

I was watching Jennifer Waugh, sorry I forgot about Jennifer Bauer.
Jennifer Waugh is the one who I seen break down and cry when she reported the case in the begining.

As soon as they charge him w/ murder they are required to comply with speedy trial rules. With him sitting in jail on child , they have extra time to get their evidence together.

Ok, I'm kinda late coming in to this discussion. I have a question.

He is a RSO and lived in Gano house at the time of Somer's murder?

If so, I'm confused. I thought all RSOs in the area were checked quickly and were not thought to be involved in anyway.

ETA: I think this is what made so many people think DT or family had something to do with it. JMO

Did we find any background? I doubt is this is his first offense, but it is possible. Apparently, he did have quite a bit of child , and "rough stuff" according to JVM. Had left it at another residence, and roomate called LE.
Extensive amount of images, and seems like very hard core.

ORANGE PARK - A man arrested today in Mississippi on child charges was named tonight by Sheriff Rick Beseler as a person of interest in the disappearance and slaying of Somer Thompson.

Beseler said Jarred Harrell, 24, is being held on $1 million bond in a Meredian, Miss., jail after being arrested by federal agents on 29 counts of child , crimes that Beseler said occurred while Harrell lived in Clay County.

Judge said that he will be charged!
It's a speedy trial if arrested now..........FBI stalling for time for more evidence processed!

On JVM, they were talking about how, once charges are filed, the clock starts ticking, and the person charged has the right to a speedy trial.

Waiting as long as possible on charges gives LE and prosecutors more time to prepare.
