The girl was so traumatized by the pictures that she MAY go to therapy now that this has hit the news, six months later? Where is she? It's not like she's Brangelina and the press is going to follow her into Winn Dixie. What are they hiding from?
What if JH is being made a scapegoat? The cops, having all the evidence, still didn't see him as the suspect for months. It took repeated urgings from RB. Does anyone else feel uncomfortable with all this?

you can draw your own conclusions, but someone that has that much saved child on his computer not to mention the video disc of no tellin what all was on that. had this man never been found out now, we would have another child predator loose on the streets. and more prepubicent children on the menu...

Pitchfork and torch has been used on the wrong people (or should I say person) for 4 months now IMO.

They know how it got there just like they know in any bust of this type when more then one person has use of a computer. The sheriff mentioned a few ways they did that and another way i bet they do it is see if the person is signed into any other password protected place like yahoo messenger, or gaming rooms or mail at the same time they are downloading the . The step father also telling his story about finding kiddie in JH's possession adds to it.

The fact that we don't know how it got there. Everyone has him convicted of that, and Somer's murder and he hasn't even been arraigned yet. There have been mistakes made in this case before, does the name Vinson ring a bell? CWG? WLK? The burnt Gano house being the crime scene? The attempted abduction the week prior to Somer? The "burglary" at the Horton addy? The fact that they had the computer since August.

I think they did take this long to make sure he was the one who put the on the computer...that he was not framed...

I think they had to make sure since there was a time gap (he was not living at the apartment) and also "bad blood" between him and the roommates (they accuse him of stealing her ipod)

I think it is good that LE seems to be doing a well thought out job here
I would hate to see Somer's murderer walk on a "technicality"

Those people were investigated, not named POIs.
There is a difference IMO.

You can't take everything that was investigated that didn't pan out and call it mistakes. Every step was part of the investigation. IMO

According to this quote by Beseler - the reason the investigation went on for months before an arrest is the following - also lie detector test were given to the roommates:

True, but CWG was listed on the MPR and had he not been in another state, most likely would have been in a similar situation.

All those people and places you mentioned were suspect and worthy of sluething and it was not a mistake to do so.

None of the people were named a POI and the police never said the Gano house was a crime scene.

The fact they have named this guy a POI in such a high profile case makes me think they got the right guy and they will press kidnapping charges and murder charges against him at the very least.

That if CWG was in Florida he would have been the "scapegoat"?

I don't think so.

I just firmly believe they have dna evidence on JH.

Why do you say that? Do you think the police would have named him a POI in a high profile murder case with no evidence and knowing they can be sued forever if it turned out not to be true?

Little Foxwell was seen by her sister being taken from their bedroom by a RSO who was registered in 2 states. Over 3000 people were out looking for her on Christmas Day. They had the RSO in jail charged with kidnapping...when LE found her murdered body, it took another 3 to 4 weeks to charge Leggs with her murder. LE wanted an airtight case so they took their time.

My point is if Jarred is charged with 29 counts of child and behind bars, LE may want more time for an air tight case of murder. It's happened in many other cases. moo

That was another horrible & tragic case. I think you could be right it may possibly take time for a murder charge. I fear he could make bail on the charges. If there his DNA was found on Somer and if she was raped, I would assume they could make a rape charge to hold him in the meantime?

That was another horrible & tragic case. I think you could be right it may possibly take time for a murder charge. I fear he could make bail on the charges. If there his DNA was found on Somer and if she was raped, I would assume they could make a rape charge to hold him in the meantime?

I think I have read in FL the 100,000 would have to be cash then the rest,900,000 would have to be a property backed bond of some kind.
