The tanks she was seen at are propane tanks. Weird coincidence, but the property is owned by a company here (Montana).

I have read his comments and he just seems to be defending his kids from the crackpot conspiratist that think they planted child pics on the JH's computer that kind of fell flat when the police found his homemade child molesting on his camera.

What does any of that have to do with DT?

I agree with that.

He has emphasized what LE did as far as checking the backgrounds of his stepdaughter and her fiance.

IMO they are to be applauded and karma'd.

How many people in Jarred Harrell's life knew or even suspected that he was into child and passed it off as a phase or took his word that he was not?

These two could have kept quiet; her mother and stepfather could have kept quiet ... but instead, turned their own lives upside down to do the right thing. I think it is frustrating for him to read peoples' comments that are full of misinformation, and that is why he continues to comment there.

I have read RB's comments as well as he seems like a man trying to protect his step daughter. I highly commend them for what they did, thank god for them IMO, JH could be busy making movies with a 3 yr old but instead he is sitting in jail. RB is not talking to the media all the time he is commenting under articles.

No. The police don’t have to advise you of your Miranda rights unless you are not free to leave, they suspect you of committing a crime AND they question you. The police do not always have to advise you of your Miranda rights just because you have been arrested. They may have all the evidence they feel they need, and so they don't question you. If that is the case, they don't have to advise you of your Miranda rights.

My take on it is this: Even for instance if the had been planted on the computer in question?, there is still the molestation of a minor, that has been verified by police data. and evidence. I am assuming that the most serious charge, that being the latter, is the main reason for J.H's incarceration as of this time. I don't know what the law does if they find someone that has been browsing child , would they hold that person on a "no bond" charge? or even a million dollar bond? I am sure it would have to be a more serious charge to warrant that? I am just speculating here.
As far as DT, i can't even imagine her nightmare, but i am sure in a case such as this, the media would have been all over it and her! She was there initially, as one might expect, but i don't really feel it is the kind of "spotlight", that she would ever want to be in, if she had of had a choice. In fact i will say i am certain this is NOT what she would ever have wanted or chosen. Who in their right mind would? I pray for her and people like her that have to endure this horror.
