in the wake of the article today (LE saying they have time to work the case, and that the public can be at ease), I find the release of these documents kind of like a little hershey's kiss....

LE cannot dole out the big guns... but they can give little bits to feed an angry public that wants justice like yesterday.

It seems that the pills in his property may have set the suicidal alarms dinging and got him out of the comfy jammies and into the vest. Other thing I noted was on his PD request he stated he had no income and no debt (has 'mommy' been supporting him?)

Also I noted his one visitor request (his mother of course) and noticed her exact addy and wondered if you guys already had the exact house number??? (for the timeline)

I think they have lots of evidence on the guy for Somer's murder. I don't think he is real sharp with it comes to evidence of his crimes.

Heck he left a camera with video of him molesting a child and pictures at his moms house.

That's great they updated that news4jax article so much! I haven't seen it since it was first posted this afternoon. Will keep an eye on that site for news.

I really feel like they got their guy, just a feeling, MOO, IMHO, etc. But it breaks my heart to think/know there'll be upcoming details about her case to come, you know? Hard to explain. In a way I just don't want to know what happened, it's all so heartbreaking. sigh.

FWIW, Jarred signed document (p. 19 at link posted above by Cath) saying that was his address. I don't know where they got the other one from.

Lightbulb moment. I may know where came up with that other address on Nassau Oaks. The digits are the same as the house in Meridian; the street is the same as his Mom's house in Callahan. It was an error and they combined the two.

*two cents alert* but as soon as they were found I am sure that they deemed them to be (in sheer number, 96, if anything) indications that he may have been suicidal upon his arrest. I mean, who walks around with 96 pills in their pocket unless they plan on doing something stupid with them (ie, they said the pills were in his 'property' upon booking so that means they were on his person when he was arrested).

I bet from the time he had first contact from LE asking for DNA (late December or early January) he was decompensating, desperate, and anxious and perhaps had several 'end games' floating around in his head.

eta: as a nurse, if someone came into the ER (ala booking LOL) with 96 pills on their person we would for sure be wondering what they were for and be hyper vigillant for a psyche consult/be asking the patient if he/she had any plans to harm themselves, etc

What are Stackers? The pills they found in his stuff. Is that like a diet pill of some sort. Seems I've heard of it, but have no clue what they really are.


And what's with all the garbage they are finding in his cell? Looks like that's a violation. lol
He can't throw stuff away? So may old newspapers. I guess he's a pig in more ways than one.

Something else I find interesting, kinda off topic, but it caught my eye...
Inmates only get socks and shoes if they are diabetic? I know how important it is to protect your feet when you are diabetic. I guess I just assumed everybody got socks and shoes. I never pictured a bunch of barefooted inmates.

Non-diabetics get the 'shower slides' (flip-flops). Something like that would be potentially traumatic to a diabetic foot.

The incident report mentions HIPAA and that the prison nurse notified them of *something*. The nurse must have picked up on a suicidal threat/ideation, whatever.

I wonder if the diet pills was an attempt to alter his appearance for the purpose of fleeing.

I noticed that as well..... there is alot in the 'blacked out areas' that speak volumes.

Well i guess we can all call J.H. a suspect now, instead of just a POI. I hope Somer's family get the answers they need now, in lieu of what exactly happened on that day.
Cold comfort that it will probably be.
I know for a fact how this feels, and even though i wanted to kill the guy that killed my son, there is no comfort in it. It doesn't give me back my child. At best all i can hope for is a reunion in Heaven. It's so long to wait though, already been 14 yrs. and 2 months.
My heart is with Somer's family and other families of victims,for the rotten humans that thought it was okay to take their childs life away, no matter at what age. The parents are really the ones that "do the time".

J.H. deserves what he gets and who cares anymore? He will be dealt with in one way or another. They obviously have the one they hoped to get. But i am sure in this screwed up world it doesn't end there! If he commits suicide then at least he'll save the taxpayers money!
Why don't we have a choice about that as taxpayers? Why aren't the families made to take care of their criminal family members financially? I think they should. I really don't want to pay for them.

They have caffeine and aspirin, green tea and some other ingredients I can't think of right now. Many of the same ingredients used in look alike street drugs.

Caffeine and aspirin in large amounts could do many things: Aspirin can thin the blood, cause nose bleeds, and unexpected hemorrhaging..caffeine can raise the blood pressure, cause head aches etc. I'm sure the pills were ephedrine free so my guess is the main ingredients are aspirin and caffeine from the Kola plant. I'll try to look them up in my drug books - but I doubt they are approved by the FDA.

stackers and other diet pills are loaded with caffeine derivatives. In children caffeine has a different response than adults. It causes a slowing of the brain, sometimes sedation.. such as is seen in typical ADHD medications (caffeine derivatives, many of them). That being said, I don't see him using these pills on anyone other than himself. He is a big boy under the thumb of his mama.. I think he has MANY MAMA ISSUES (moo) related to his body image, etc... of course jmoo

just my bet.... : but I bet his stress reaction is eating... he buys more stackers to 'compliment' his increased eating habits d/t increased stress.. This guy has issues you couldn't take apart with a jackhammer..... moo
