Okay, something is UP -- No way this is a coincidence. I need a timeline of when Somer went missing to when this robbery occured.

Is there any video reporting on this robbery? And AGAIN, how could they try to rob a house where people are holed up and grieving??? Isn't the media camped outside??? :banghead:

Dad can't walk. He's in a wheelchair. Had recent surgery. Needs a van with a wheelchair ramp to even go anywhere.

But, this father has been on media reports. It's not like he is trying to stay out of public view.
I can understand y'all requesting being left off, but I can not imagine a father that has publicly spoken about his daughter's death on t.v. not wanting to be listed in an obit.
I don't see it.

I don't either. Obviously, an adult made the decision as to the wording of the obit, and it's sad, cause no matter what, her biological connections cannot be denied.

I read an article on discourse analysis from a link that someone posted earlier and summarized it on one of the threads. No one responded. I don't know if it is "findable" by me as I am new, but there are quite a few considerations given to do a discourse analysis.

There could be a man/RSO that was semi-interested in DT - kinda hung around and partied and got to know Somer that way and then seized the opportunity to grab Sommer - especially if the perb saw yet another man at DTs house with her that day - he could have been angry ...
All those times that Somer was missing after school, where was she?

It's not him. It's a neighbor named O'Cain who lives a few doors down from the Thompsons and on the other side of the street.

Hi Kimberly,
I think with Dad being Iraq Vet and recently in the auto accident that has him with pins throughout his body that he would not physcially be able to kill his daughter, and he was out of state. If he didn't have the funds or handicap vehicle to handle a wheelchair, well I don't see he would have been able to make a special trip to OP to kill Somer. kwim
