Mom says she just prays to God for this to get closed. (Big pause/breath noted.)

She also says somebody's got to pay for dumping a 7 yr old in the trash.

What I would would have expected her to say is that she prays to god for the killer to be found immediately.

Also curious is her "grief" was more evident before the police found the body. While I do believe she has some genuine grief, her initial grief was more consistent with just having learned her daughter was dead. She wasn't out looking aggressively, there was immediately resignation on her part.

Diena's "we're coming to get you" speech - as if directed at the perp: Anyone else get a scolding tone from that? As if speaking to a young person, rather than a psychopath?

Maybe that's just me, it's always struck me as very direct, purposeful, simple diction - as if she was not speaking to an adult at that moment. When she thanks the community - diction is different.

IDK, IMO...

Maybe Diena was fed up with Somer and her disappearing act and when she saw the police officer, she decided to take that next step and notify the police, hoping it would "scare" Somer out of doing this anymore.

Well at least this goes with my original theory, giving me doubt again about where BSU has us looking. What are the chances the sheriff is spoofing us to deflect away from where their team is looking? Hey BSU, can you read the body language of the Sherrif???

Beseler said he believes the killer or killers is watching the investigation closely, and for that reason, he said he will not talk about the cause of death or any leads investigators are tracking down.

The news articles have been saying Somer often dillydallied on the way home and Mom would leave a list of friends on the fridge for the sitter to call if Somer was really late. This time it was only an hour, what would make Mom leave work, pick up AC, and run home?

Some will say mother's just know when something bad happens, and that could be why she was so on alert.

But why was AC over by OPAA? The Jr. HS has athletic practices over at its fields.

And, what made her flag down LE this time? Maternal instincts? Possible.

You would think with SO MANY RSO having to be interviewed, they sure cleared them fast, why not the family?? WOuldn't they look like morons if they said that RSO were clear and it ended up being one of them!

video seems very edited. The screen goes blank, then comes back on for about 15 seconds and goes blank and then THE END.........really odd!

Police said Somer was likely hit with a back pack (by sibling is the way I understood it) and then ran away. This would also explain brother's anger (at himself); imagine if the last interaction you had with your sister was a typical childhood fight, you hit her with your back pack, she runs away and next thing you know she's dead. I'd punch walls, too.

This could very be a great hang out for teens to smoke pot and drink some beers. The contractors did make comments about finding beer cans and trash they know was not there the day before.
