If she left work right after finding out Somer was not there (say 4:10 p.m.) and it took ~25 minutes (based on Google maps) ... that was almost 90 minutes past when Somer should have been home, and others had been looking in the meantime.

I don't know why it felt different to her but think that seeing the cop just made her take action.

Dickie T (DTMAN) is not this guy pictured on this video. Dickie T is someone from the neighborhood that keeps popping up on other videos...he's a heavy set guy with no facial hair. Dickie T kinda looks like stick man...that parallel has been noted by others. He's also referenced in an article from the funeral today as being the 1st one to hug DTMOM. The guy pictured here is someone who resembles an RSO, but now I'm not sure what his name is. When I figure it out, I'll yell

:banghead::banghead::banghead: Thanks for clearing this up. The first I heard of Dickie T. was in the articles where he said he waited an hour and hugged Mom. I missed the earlier pictures of him I guess.

FWIW, which is probably not a lot now that this guy isn't Dickie T., but the RSO Richard Marshall Thomas lives in Cadwell, GA. I looked on google maps and it's a straight line from Orange Park --> Folkston (landfill) --> Cadwell.

That makes no sense to me. I can tell you from experience that my deceased child would not be buried or cremated, had I not been able to see his body in the casket. I would not take anyone's word for that fact that is was him. The only absolute proof I would have was to view him myself, no matter. The truth is far better than the monsters the imagination can conjure up.

I do believe that Mom, DT, was allowed to see her baby at some time before the service. Of course the would not let or want her to see Somer when she was found or before the atopsy, but I am sure, the professionals at the funeral home did their best to make this happen for Diena.

After the death of a family member, I was in total shock. I did go to the funeral home at night, before they closed to mke sure this was real. Thankfully a God my best friend took me... Needless to say, the results were pretty bad. Thank godness for medications, cause I never would have made it...

IMO, LE needs to be contacted. If he is not involved in the case as LE, I don't care to hear explanations. The law needs to hear them. If he is LE, he could be endangering the investigation by posting here.

I was mistaken, the guy in the picture first posted by momtective isn't "Dickie T." that was in the articles. So far we don't have a name for him. But I think he looks like the RSO Richard M. Thomas whoever he is.

The articles on the funeral just have media interviewing people there and they note Dickie T. waited over an hour and was first in line to see the casket and hug Somer's mom. That seemed a little strange to me, you'd think family might be first

But at least you had closure in that respect. The monsters in your imagination cannot play games with you on this. The imagination of a mother who has lost a child is not a pleasant one to live with, I know, my 22 year old son died 6 years ago. I continue to imagine his terror and agony at the point of impact of his vehicle and the tree. These things can't be accounted for, I have to put up with the monsters of my imagination.

Charles Mack Curtis Anderson, 24, of Keystone Heights, was arrested May 6 by CCSO Deputy K.R. Brown on a Clay County warrant issued April 19 for lewd and lascivious act on a child. Bond was set at $250,003.

The active warrant that I saw was for (VOP) Violation of Probation/parole for the above offense, the violation was for failure to register address.

Now every time I try to go back to get that information, the page times out on me.

Family probably didn't have to wait in line. I just find it strange that the media had to give us the name of the first person in line. Probably nothing, but strange to me.

The first person who was in line was Dickie- we discussed this pages back - it is REALLY strange, he is ALL over different media outlets. Now he is first person in line...

I wanted to remember my sister in happy times, so I didn't want to see her after she was killed--didn't want that awful image seared into my memory. My niece and nephew saw her in the hospital and they told me they wished they hadn't.
