It’s going to be her. They wouldn’t suggest that it may be her, unless it was a near certainty. My guess is that they’ve identified it as being her vehicle.

So bloody sad, if true thoughts with all family and friends - my heart goes out to all of you!

Oh my god. The Facebook page has stopped allowing comments and posts. On Sunday night, I gave them a tip on some vultures that were flying last weekend. My spot was three miles to the west on Dowden Road. I must have been within a mile or two of that spot last Sunday and had no idea. This is terrible news, but it's what I had suspected from the beginning. I had a feeling they would find her this weekend. I'm glad that they have been able to resolve this. I know her husband must be devastated, but he's a strong man and will recover. Her boys, though, will need lots of love. Fortunately, it is obvious that they are surrounded by it just as she was. We cross paths with so many people in life and get to know so few of them. But each one is so precious. And this hurts.

This really does hurt, actually sobbing - I knew it would probably have ended like this but I feel so so sad for her husband and her boys

Is this the same intersection that a poster noticed a fence down? I feel like I googled their photo location and it was here from a week ago? Such sad news...

This is very sad. I knew Stephanie. Our sons played sports together when they were young. What's also sad is how social media has once again attacked innocent people, including her kids.

I'm still hoping this isn't her and tomorrow I'll turn on the news and they'll say that she has been found - safe and alive.

How awful. What on Earth are people thinking to attack her kids? My heart hurts for them and what they’ve had to go through and will continue going through. Hopefully they’re able to find good help and set good boundaries with social media for their own safety. That’s so sad they have to deal with that on top of this.

I don’t mind saying that as I was heading to Costco around 11ish and passed the Narcoose road sign - I had a moment - I believe it’s her and now wonder if it was an accident (I think so) ?

Sorry about that @oviedo. :(

Others recalling a fence surrounding the pond was down.

If reports are correct that SH had become more dependent on alcohol in the past months, I think the purchase of the small bottle of Vodka was likely routine and SH drove into the retention pond accidentally. Sad ending indeed for SH and all who loved her.
