Wolfram, who police say has a diminished mental capacity, is believed to be driving a red Kia Sportage with the Florida tag HQY-Y58. Wolfram is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green Polo shirt with a white T-shirt underneath it and tan shorts.
